Dan the Technician was extremely efficient. So much so that in the future I will request him. Very meticulous , informative , pleasant, and resolved our issue.
Tech Mark was just here to do a checkup on furnace and AC. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I am in a wheelchair and cannot get into my basement. He took pictures to show me a few things that should be taken care of! I would definitely use them again..
They came out to fix our furnace because it was not turning on, told us we needed a few parts so we got them. The heat turned on after their visit for about an hour, then turned back off. We then contacted them for help seeing as they were just there and “fixed” the problem, to be told we need to pay again for someone to come out and look....after they were just there. And when I refused to pay a fee for them to come back and get the job done once again, the women said there was nothing she can do and hung up on me.
I cannot say enough about A & S Nathan response time, service quality and pricing, who came to my rescue during the hottest week of the summer (so far). Our AC went out on Sunday night July 1, 2018. I called my technition that I have regularly used since the system was installed, (and I have nothing but great things to say about him as well). There was such a strain on everyones systems, that made it nearly impossible to get anyone to respond for an extended time, the July 4 holiday was on Wednesday, further complicating the response ability of these companies. I called Allen Natan late Monday afternoon, when it was too late for a response that day. He had a technition to my home Tues, diagnosing the issues, telling me that I needed a new outdoor unit. Since Wedcnesday was the July 4 holiday, His technitions were at my home bright and early Thursday morning (before 9 A.M.) installing the new one. Later that afternoon, the AC again stopped working. He immediately had them beck there, diagnosing and replacing a faulty indoor thermostat (no fault of theirs). Again, I cannot give enough thanks.
Technicians were great. Really focused on preventative maintenance. Tested airflow temperature differential, belts, checked water chases to ensure no clogs were forming. Great job. 40 minutes for 2 unit service. I will definately use Nathan for my annual service. -LZ fairfield CT

Very unhappy with their service. I was a customer for many years and depended on A and S. I had an issue with my central air and when a service person came out, he informed me I needed a new compressor and/ or and entire new system. Being a single mom of 4 small children, I got a second opinion. When the owner of another company came out he was appalled to see the condition my unit was left in by A and S. Long story short, the new company fixed what A and S broke and had my a.c. unit up and running in no time. Turns out I didn't need a new compressor or a new a.c. unit. If I had listened to A and S, I would've financed an entire new central air unit for several thousands of dollars.
