I called them for my central air conditioner that seized up. When I did not receive a reply, I called the next day to follow up, as it is 90 in the house. The woman answering the phones said that the owner "decided to pass" as another company worked on the unit. I explained that no one else worked on the unit, and that it just stopped working yesterday, and no one else had come out. She said that the call center had written it up that someone else serviced the unit. I explained that this was incorrect, and the woman at the call center must have been confused. She reiterated that they "were going to pass" It would have been nice for them to return my call, and let me know that, rather than leave me waiting for a call during a heat wave, and scrambling to find someone else.

Honest, reliable, professional and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of this industry. The office staff is friendly and accommodating and the service guys are all amazing. We had a complete removal and new furnace installI done in 4 hours. I highly recommend them for any Heat or AC needs!!!

In this day and age, it can be challenging to find a company that is responsive, reliable, competitive in pricing, and does OUTSTANDING work. A&S Nathan LLC is simply the best in the business. Jake (the handsome business owner) and his staff added an additional heating/cooling zone to my newly built colonial without a bump in the road. When I first notified A&S of my need, Jake quickly came out to assess the project and formulated a plan of attack. Not long after, the A&S team arrived on the job and took care of business in only a few hours! BOOM! 5 out 5 all day long. The founder of the company, Allen has established themselves as the ELITE in the HVAC world. It should also be noted they legitimately look out for your best interest.

I have been using A&S for over ten years plus for regular annual service as well as new installs. They have installed new A/c units , new HW heater and new gas furnace over the years. Today, I had a new H/w heater installed at my new home as the old one quit on me and the response was excellent. had a new unit up and running within 24 hrs of my initial call to them Prices were very reasonable, and installation was without any issues. Highly recommend.

Bought a home and the inspection turned up no issues with the air conditioning except that it was aged and nearing the end of its service life. Two days after moving into the home on the 4th of July we lost all cooling. We have a 4 month old who was not tolerating the 80+ degree temps in the home. I was at work unable to help. My wife was able to speak directly to the owner of AS Nathan who offered to come on the holiday however we waited until the next morning and he sent a tech right away (Mark). Both the owner and tech Mark were extremely professional and helpful. Mark even went as far to explain and show me every issue and what was going on with the system as a whole before expertly fixing it. Our home is now cool for my family, can’t be happier with their service. Would absolutely recommend.
