I am a first time customer with A&S and they came highly recommended. My serviceman showed up within the time I was told and actually apologized for not being able to be to my house sooner. He cleaned my furnace in a timely manner and explained a few things I should probably think about repairing next time. He was very thorough and explained everything. I am very satisfied with the work done and the serviceman! I would definitely recommend A&S!

Al Nathan went above and beyond to diagnose a problem with my duct work and a vent that was not working. He and his crew were professional and completed the work promptly and efficiently. His prices can’t be beat but beyond that is his compassion and dedication to help figure out the problem and work with the customer with delivering the best possible outcome. 5+ stars to Al Nathan and company!!

Very positive experience here, good communication with the office, quick and decent parts and labor estimates. Quick and professional furnace replacement, and all necessary collateral work, ducts etc, all done on a short notice in winter time. Thank you. (using them on both proprieties)

Paid over 200 dollars for oil boiler maintenance. Did not clean heat exchange soot, did not change nozzle. The technician said it is better to change the ignition transformer. They installed a $45 ignition transformer and charged $250 extra. A customer needs to have more knowledge of the heating system. Otherwise, this company will sell things you don't need at a high price.

Can't say enough positive things about this company. From the initial phone inquiries to the install, they were professional and courteous. Installers explained everything they had done. Would highly recommend them.
