Find Another Contractor. They showed up 4 hours late to diagnose a problem. Tech spends 5 mins barely looking at the issue, reaches conclusion and tries to rush off to next appointment. Wrong diagnosis provided. I had to find another company to look at the issue they were trying to charge me over $3K to fix, which did not exist. demonstrated a clear lack of knowledge, claimed defective TXV while focusing only on superheat to diagnose. Overcharging to an extreme, $1K for parts that cost only $300. Find another contractor.

Just had technician Mark come to service the AC unit. He was very professional and polite, answered all my questions about the unit and life span of my old central air unit. Would recommend them.

Furnace wasn’t working call them said they will be coming in the next day. I left work early only to be waiting a long time. With not even a call saying they are not coming. Will never call them again. Unprofessional.
