    Jim is great! We connected with his company through our home security company. My AC was not working and despite being a holiday, he showed up on July 4th! First, he took the time to explain and walk us through the process. Second, he quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it. Third, he checked our second unit to make sure all was fine. Importantly, the problem was previously diagnosed by another company but they were asking twice the price that Jim gave us (installation included). Throughout the process we communicated seamlessly through text. Will continue working with them from now on! Thanks Jim!

    Jim is the best! I highly recommend Air & Water Solutions. They did an excellent job installing my HVAC in our new build home. Very neat job and very professional. The price is reasonable and we are very happy with the work completed.

    These folks are phenomenal! My boiler blew just before Easter Weekend. I had not heat or hot water, with night time temps in the 49s. I also had a small child at home and guests coming from out of state for Easter Weekend. Then a pet had to be ordered to even implement the fix. That was even more time in the cold. It was a disaster. These folks took in my concern. They called me with daily updates. They moved mountains in their own scheduling, and got my fix in on the holiday! Good Friday was exactly that! A cheerful worker showed up that morning, part in tow, and made sure me, my little one, and our out of state guests had a warm and beautiful holiday weekend. Their concern for people and quality work was on display in every interaction. I highly recommend!

    We contacted our home warranty company and they assigned Air and Water Solutions to help us with our issues.
    Tony came out, paid attention to the issues that we were experiencing and then went over to the basement to look into what was causing it. He literally took no more than 10-15 minutes to figure out what was causing the problem. Another 15 minutes later and we resolved the heating issues in a portion of the house that we had been living with for months now. He helped educate me and answered my questions. Would highly recommend the company.

    I was assigned this contractor through a home warranty I had. They were fine to deal with through the process for the most part. In the end I a problem that they told me was not their fault and I don’t know if that is true or not, but I was promised a call back from the owner Jim. He proceed to never give a reply or call as he promised he would. I would have respected a call even if it was to say there was nothing they could do but instead was ignored.

    I would avoid this company all together if given the option. This is the second time that I have been "assigned" this company by my home insurance agency, and we are required to use their contracted service providers. It is currently the end of December in New England, we have 2 small children, no heat and no hot water. Our furnace is non operational and the control box physically will not start the system. After determining that this was an emergency, it took 6 days to come out to the home and the technician arrived late. The technician performed a minimal (at best) inspection, did not examine most of the unit, and quickly decided it was a "maintenance" problem. While "maintenance" is not covered by our policy (understandable) we have been on a 4 month waitlist for servicing with other companies. This has resulted now, in a furnace that he was willing to document as unsafe to operate (and physically won't turn on even if it were). After some back and forth with an unseen "supervisor" they offered no amicable solution, performed no labor, could not perform any service to restore it to operational condition (even with out of pocket payment vs insurance claim) and did not even bring the correct materials with which to do so. The end result is that we are still left with no labor performed and a non-operational furnace while they continue to collect their service fee. Their prior scheduled service they didn't even visit the property before determining they could not rectify our issue after taking an exceptionally long response time. At least that service left us with functioning plumbing after we were approved to find our own contracted plumber locally when they rejected our service call (after 10+ days of no running water at all). They clearly perform at the bear minimum, cut corners, and if I could commission anyone else as an option I would. They are also not recommended or accredited by the Better Business Bureau, have a 1/5 rating with them, and it's easy to see why.
    *Update, the owner called to "still schedule our repair" and maintenance that they refused to service and denied as a covered claim due to maintenance yesterday... Then proceeded to assure us that our warranty program would indeed cover it in this instance and that we should continue to schedule the service. However, the warranty company was able to verify via phone that the claim was a flat denial due to their report and no part of the service would be covered due to their report of a "maintenance" issue. My claim has already been flat out denied and verified with the warranty insurance company as an outright denial while the owner is still trying to convince us to schedule services that "would be covered" in this instance. Thankfully, we have at least gotten a refund for our initial service fee and been able to add this vendor to a refusal list.

    Everything went smooth (just like I like) and the work done was phenomenal. The price was just right for the job, the guys were on time, and honestly exceeded my expectations. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

    My opinion is that you should avoid this company if you possibly can. I have read so many reviews of their poor communication and skipping appointments, so when they were assigned (by American Home Shield) to fix my heating system, I was worried but willing to try them. However, their communication is terrible -- they didn't return any of my calls -- and their reliability is worse. They promised me they'd be out today to fix the heat in my children's bedrooms, and (of course) they called me after they were due to arrive to cancel. I have already contacted American Home Shield to suggest they stop foisting this company on homeowners. Go elsewhere!!!

    Third time with Air & Water Solutions , LLC. Jim was on time, friendly and did a fantastic job. All-3- times they provided excellent service. Talking with Jose was also a pleasure. He listened and answered all my questions. He scheduled the service call around my work schedule which I appreciate. Owner and employees all very respectful and knowledgeable.

    Also in November - they installed a new hot water heater.John did a fantastic job. Friendly, neat .....you would never know that he was here. They a show great respect for your home.

    They installed a new gas furnace for me. The job was done okay but they left the old furnace in my attic. They never came to remove it. I had to cut up the old furnace with a Sawzall and take it to the Shelton transfer station myself.
