    Avoid this company at all cost & save yourself the headache. This company is a contractor for a home warranty company. They are supposed to contact you within 24 hrs of the approved service call which never happens you have to call them multiple times just to get them to even come to your home. We’ve had an issue with our AC since the beginning of the season & they STILL have NOT fixed the problem . They have been to our home multiple times after we made the same complaint of no cooling in our home…4 service calls later they “discovered” we needed a new condenser which was the problem all along. After I be been billed for each service call and for Freon that was never the resolve anyway. They DO NOT respond to calls, texts and or messages you leave for a status update. If & when they do call back it’s to let you know absolutely nothing. If I knew what I knew now I wouldn’t have worked with them nor the warranty company I have both of them are horrible to deal with & know nothing about customer service.

    We were assigned Air & Water Solutions as the contractor for our furnace replacement and AC repair through our home warranty company (AHS). The owner, Jim, called initially on 5/3/21 and made an appointment to complete the work on 5/17. He sent two technicians who completed the furnace but were unable to replace the AC coil because they ordered the wrong size. Not a big deal, so we tentatively rescheduled for the job to be completed on 5/25, pending our work schedules. That date did not work for us, so we rescheduled for 6/4. We took the day off from work and waited for him to arrive on 6/4. Neither he nor his technicians showed up. We called 3 times and texted that day with no response. We informed our home warranty company who also called with no response. We called an additional several times, with no response. We ultimately had to place a complaint with the BBB and filed a dispute with our credit card company. After that, we finally heard back from Jim who apologized and refunded our money. He requested to finish the job, and we accepted. Now it is July -- 2 months since the original service call. Jim sent a team of technicians to replace the coil, and it made the AC worse. Instead of continuing to leak (which was the only original problem), the AC stopped working completely. They came back twice, and it was still broken. Finally, Jim came. He told us that it was in fact the condenser that needed to be replaced, as well as the coil, again. We still have no idea what the actual problem was and why so many parts needed replacement. After the condenser was replaced, Jim told us that we owed him money for modifications that we not covered by AHS. As this is true per the AHS contract, it is the responsibility of the contractor to inform AHS of out-of-pocket expenses first, so that they may inform the customer and clear the charges. Any future customers should know this if they are going through AHS. Although there were positive aspects (why I gave 2 stars instead of 1) i.e. Jim and his wife are consistently friendly, Jim was fair in refunding our money for the furnace, there has been an improvement in the customer service and responsiveness since May -- we still had to manage our own appointments (calling to ensure someone is coming, calling to get a time window for service), and our overall experience was extremely stressful, prolonged, and confusing. We wasted a lot of time and energy into ensuring this work was done. I hope they find a way to make improvements for future customers, as it is my impression that most people in CT using American Home Shield will be assigned to them for heating and cooling repair.

    I must say that out of the numerous companies that do HVAC work, I have done business with many throughout the years. SOme have been Great a few that have been horribke and some in between. In my most recent experience, Air and Water Solutions, LLc, has given me a great feeling about their quality of service, workmanship, and professionalism. I have to give them an A+ / Great rating. They have not only followed through with what they were going to do, but even a follow-up to ask if everything was ok and how I was doing after they came out. This is quality piece that most business' forgot somewhere along the way. Its great to see it returning..

    They serviced my Navien boilers. Only ones who actually knew what they were doing. Jose always polite. Tony has come out twice and always respectful, knowledgeable, gives tips on troubleshooting. They have been quick to service these boilers. I usually request them when using AHS.

    I just wanted to give 5 stars to the company's technician, Tony! He's very pleasant & friendly, and has a great work ethic. He was above and beyond, making sure everything was in working order, and went the extra mile to ensure that there was no mistake on the warranty's end when he came back on a recall.

    Air and water solutions was assigned to us through our home warranty service to fix one of our AC units. They have gone dark on us and are not responsive. Our warranty runs out soon and they are wasting our time. Find a more professional company to work with.

    Jim is team are nothing but professional. Very happy to have them work on my home. Would definitely recommend them again. Given the heatwave and how busy they were they were able to take care of me right away. And get my AC back up and running

    Do not use this company under any circumstances. They were sent to us through our home warranty company and installed everything incorrectly. They also damaged multiple items in our house and have now cost us over $5,000 in extra expenses.

    Was introduced to Air and Water Solutions, LLC through a home warranty company to diagnosis and repair the A/C system.

    Though the initial repair was addressed quickly, another (much more expensive component) failed two weeks later. Air and Water Solutions, LLC went back to the home warranty company and successfully obtained funding for the expanded claim.

    Because of Air and Water Solutions, LLC; we were able to completely update the A/C system at a fraction of the cost!

    We had an appointment today between 10AM.- 12PM. For servicing our AC unit, also we were going to have him put in a new AC/Heat system at end of summer, but he never showed up, I called & texted him. He never responded.
    Terrible way to do business.
    I'll use a different company. He lost our business.
