    Assigned through a home warranty company, and have worked with them multiple times since then. Similar to other reviews, I've had my issues with them on timing, scheduling, etc. but those typically arise from the warranty company, not from A&WS. Jim and Tony are wonderful, experienced technicians, their problem is usually taking on more work than they can handle (and having to prioritize true emergencies from not-so-much). Those issues have been addressed with hiring more resources, so I think are much better now than in years past.

    We've been using Jim & his team for years. He just upgraded us to a state of the art heat pump Heat & A/C unit and we are very happy with the product and the service of the team. We have special requirements for air filtration and allergy control, so Jim, Tony and the team can be counted on for any type of service you can throw at them. Make A&W systems your go to for A/C services - easy choice.

    I have to admit, from the other reviews of this company, I want skeptical. I even asked my Home warranty company to change the contractor so that I would not have to deal with this company for our AC repair, just based on the poor reviews I read online. When I got in touch with the company to schedule my appointment, I spoke with Jose, who was very kind and got me scheduled at the earliest convenience. I asked for a phone call 30 minutes before the technician arrived, and he called 35 minutes before to give me a heads up. When Tony (the technician) arrived, he was efficient, knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. My husband and I were very pleased with every aspect of dealing with this company. If we have to do business with them again, we would be very happy and would also recommend them to anyone!

    This company came to fix a water leak at a valve via a home warranty claim. All they did was tighten the packing nut. Each time after they left the leak continued. The nut was tightened so much that the valve no longer turns but they told me this is normal and "you don't need to use the valve anyway." Each time the company comes they give you a 4 or 5 hour window to wait at home. Once they did not show. Twice they showed up late. Only one time did they show up within the window.

    Do not use this company. They were assigned to an American Home Shield home warranty repair at our home. The installation was done completely wrong, there were missing parts and a failure to marry the AC to the furnace system correctly. The resulting need to complete the work has turned into a nightmare so we are now paying another company out of pocket for the work that was messed up. American Home Shield is also a terrible company that does not stand behind their work or their contractors. Do yourself a favor and hire your own contractors using recommendations from neighbors and friends.

    They came out and installed new compressor 3 weeks later stopped working, to their credit came out on a sunday and found issue(or so we thought.) Two weeks later same issue, texted with Jim and he offered no solution and was barely responsive. Monday AM still on answering service, which is odd because why bother if you never respond to messages? Jim could have offered a quick fix as a friend thankfully did. Still doesn't fix over all issue which seems to be an issue with improper install from what information I can gather.

    Air & water solutions installed 2 new AC units. They are professional, on time, fair pricing, responsive and respectful. The owner Jim is honest and stands by the work. Air & water solutions made the process of changing these units easy. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC need.

    The WORST company I have dealt with in many years, They took $1550 from an Owner and here it is a year later and NO WORK DONE. They don't answer phone calls and are a total scam. STAY AWAY from these thieves!

    Admittedly, I am completely stunned by these negative reviews. My experience has been the absolute opposite, so much that I actually checked the business address to make sure it was the same company! Our A/C went out and Air & Water Solutions were assigned to us through American Home Shield. From the first call from Jose to schedule our appointment (within 3 hours of my service call being made) to the confirmation call day of the appointment, the Jose's customer service was impeccable! Tony arrived on time and with a 15 minute to arrival courtesy call, and he was an absolute professional and so very pleasant! Not only did he diagnosis the issue (frozen unit), he walked me through our systems to ensure we knew what was going on. The units had to defrost, then they would be back to add Freon. Tony walked through what our share of the Freon cost would be so we would not be surprised. He clearly articulated this on the work order for the next technician so there would be no confusion. Nice!!! Like clockwork, Jose called to schedule f/u visit. Again, exceptional customer service. Julius arrived today to (super professional, extremely nice and again with a 15 minute arrival notification call). He checked to ensure all lines were thawed and again walked through the out of pocket cost to ensure we were comfortable. He filled up the unit with Freon containing dye and leak filler. Julius explained it would either seal any of the small leaks leading to the need for Freon, or the dye would show were the leaks were if they needed repair. Again, NICE! I will not hesitate to use Air and Water Solutions, and I will recommend them to everyone I know!!!

    I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. I had my central air condenser and coil replaced by Air & Water Solutions last year - each time they were scheduled to come out to do installation I wouldn't see them and when I finally got ahold of someone, I was told that there was confusion, wrong part was ordered, truck broke down...(no reason that someone couldn't have called BEFORE they were due or during the window to let me know instead of making me wait for hours for nothing).
    Today I was supposed to get my furnace replaced. Took 3 calls by me before I finally received a call back (1.5 hours after they were supposed to be here) saying they couldn't come and had to reschedule. This rescheduling is a huge inconvenience because I have a busy schedule and now have to move everything else around to accommodate them. They really should give a courtesy discount for the hassles they cause, but they don't. Other than the lack of communication - the technicians are always polite and do a great job and leave the site clean. In all honestly - they should work on improving their customer contact and it would make Air & Water Solutions a much better company to deal with.
