Just want to give a big shoutout to Air & Water Solutions For the great service and job they do the company is super awesome! Would like to give special thanks to Jim, Tony and Jose for their excellent service. Keep up the GREAT WORK

We had an appointment set between 10am and 12pm to fix our a/c. They left a voicemail and texted at 11:18am asking if I was still available because they had a better job offer come in. I was unable to answer since I was working but my wife was home all day. They did not show for the appointment. Bad way to do business. If you set a time you should be there.

I got in touch with Jim from Home Essential which are very good for appliances breakdown....Soon, I will call him with a credit card payment as checks are not the right way to proceed with him.. Nice guy...I can't wait to have the work done before the beginning of next season when too many people will ask for repair...!!!

Baited and switched us on the brand of the A/C unit. Terrible workmanship, had to redo the work they did.

Jim, went out of his way to make an emergency stop at my residence within hours of notice. I couldn't have asked for better response or service!
