Just looking for a new bed and found the perfect one. It is really comfortable. Plus you are able to upgrade any bed to a massaging, lift your feet and head bed, also has a button for when your other half is snoring. Really good customer service.

A easy experience- I initially wrote that, but, I WAS WRONG!!! Conn’s did not deliver today as promised. I called last night (waited on hold for 31 minutes)when I had no received a call from the delivery people. Conn’s did nothing for me, even though it was a mistake by the salesman. I went in tonight and voided the contract. I was lucky I was within the 72 hour cancellation period. PLEASE, read the reviews on Conn’s before you buy. THEY ARE A COMPANY I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE

Came in looking for a MacBook for school. I was immediately approved for more than enough to get a nice computer. Had Ramiro help me get everything set up. He was incredibly helpful and super nice! Super happy I decided to go through Conn’s to finance!

I came in knowing pretty much what I wanted. I thought Conns would be like a rent a center or Aaron’s but you can qualify for actual financing and they are competitive with Best Buy and other retailers. I ran into Jan Lemich who was beyond amazing. I am they type to walk away from a sale if I don’t like what I see or if I’m pushed too far. He was honest and patient and helped guide me through the process which was faster than expected. I spent 13 years in retail, 8 of those as a store manager. You cannot find employees like Jan anymore. Whatever you are paying him is not enough. Don’t let him go! If you’re heading into the Conns on Sheridan seek him out. Very happy so far with everything !

We were treated well. Staff tried to make things work. Friendly, genuine, willing to work on issues. Delivery date conflict, floor model issues etc. Showed sense of humor, able to converse, and show concern.

I purchased new appliances & the refrigerator was damaged. I asked the driver about the damage & he said he made note of it & I took photos. The driver told me I would need to call the delivery department to get them to do something. But when I called they told me since I signed for the delivery that there was nothing they could do. Seems pretty bad that I made a mistake by signing & they just said they couldn’t do anything about selling me a damaged refrigerator. I will never buy anything from them again & I will let everyone I come in contact with know how they treated me. Guess I have learned a valuable lesson.
