We were ready to purchase a refrigerator, the right price and what we were looking for.
The sales guy helping us said they had one in stock. He stepped away to do his paperwork. In the meantime, I discovered a description line on the price tag didnt match up to what we were looking at. The sales guy said I must of put the wrong pricetag on the night before. There was a $500 difference not in our favor. I briefly talked with the manager and she said we have to honor the manufacturers price.
No offer was made to us to honor pricing.
No integrity either.
I'm glad we didnt make the purchase as we would of gotten the wrong refrigerator and a headache to deal with their error.

Decent selection, ok prices. I ended up buying my mattress online instead because the sale was over $2000 off what was listed in this store. I think most of their options are decent, but prices seem higher than what you can purchase them for online with delivery. I'd still pop in to see if the deals are ever better if I needed anything though.

Louis was very helpful in my purchasing process. The TV I wanted wasn't in stock so he helped to find one similar in price but better quality so the minor $ amount made no big deal. He didn't try and sell me anything crazy I wouldn't use or try to get me to max out my credit. The process was simple and painless as it should be when entering one of these establishments.

Shopping at Conn’s with the help of Sarah and Josh was a breath of fresh air and such wonderful experience.
We tried to buy a mattress online from one of the mattress industry “disrupters” you hear about on podcasts - over a week after our order supposedly shipped, we were told that our order was lost. We ended up having to ask for a refund after days of back-and-forth and getting nowhere with an outsourced customer service call center.
We called our local Conn’s and spoke with Sarah - it took less than 30 minutes total to call, pay, and pick up a new mattress. Everybody at the store we encountered was kind and attentive - an employee who was clearly getting off of their shift and headed home even asked us if we needed help. Talk about making a customer feel valued!
Lesson learned here - not only does spending money in your neighborhood help your local economy, but you also get better customer service.

I just want to take the time to think Leslie for her patience and knowledge with helping me find the perfect washer and dryer set. She was extremely friendly and even made shopping with two children a breeze. I felt comfortable asking questions and comparing different washer and dryer sets available. It was even nice being able to work with the same person throughout the process.

I have purchased a lot from Cons. I have sent them and walked in my Home Owners policy 3 times. Still this February they called asking me to send it. Something fishy going on. This also tells me. I am still paying extra for their insurance I should not have to. I should be paid back all the insurance I have paid. Since I have always had it. Do not trust Cons.
