So far wildly disappointed. Purchased a floor model TV right when they opened and they couldn't find the remote. Ok, that's fine. Not sure how you lose one but ok. They said the tv will be delivered the next day and to call for the time. Called for the time and lo and behold it's not coming the next day but the day after. Called back to complain about being told it's not happening the next day and was given another number to call. Called that one and equally as worthless. Apparently it's impossible to change the delivery date. In short, be prepared for lies and incompetence.

10/22. I received their usual canned response. I replied back within 20 minutes it of course there are no replies. No actions, no replies. Luckily I was able to do this as I took the day off after being lied to about how the item was going to be delivered today. Now I have to take tomorrow off as well. I'm impressed by their true lack of appreciation and respect for people's time. I'm sure there is another I'm sorry coming. It will come without a single action taken to remedy the situation.

10/23 Well the TV arrived today. It had a broken screen right off the truck. Supposedly have an 'urgent' help ticket out to remedy the situation. 10 hours later, nothing but crickets. No apologies, no action just a whole lot of nothing. There was correspondence from the manager of the delivery folks wondering how they did. So there you have it. I'll keep adding to this as the story unfolds. Will be interesting to see if customer service means anything to the owner who wrote canned reply to my original post or the company at all.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Every step of the way for purchasing our 3 appliances was a mess. No one told me I needed to buy a dishwasher kit at the time and also no one let me know I needed to schedule the install and delivery separately. The washer and dryer were delivered in the driveway and just left there after I left specific delivery instructions and paid for haul away. The delivery team was supposed to come back to move the appliances into the house and install them and they showed up without a strap so they said they would come back the next day and then just never showed up or returned our calls or texts. I eventually had to hire movers to complete the job and I have not been compensated for the haul away that I didn't receive or the movers that I had to hire.

Very disappointed. They could not even find my paper work that was approved. Next the lender is a total pain. Three cab fairs do 90.00 an they could not even check my instore prepaid purchase in 30 mins. Next sold me a out of stock item. Yes I needed the over at the resised cost of 200 more. Sad they take advantage of Thor's how can least afford it

Went in to finance a new TV for my birthday, walked out with a better deal then I hoped for!
Fast service, and awesome knowledgeable sales person!

Determined as well, she spent ten minutes hunting for this TV, since they only had one left. Finally found it though! In and out in less than 30 minutes.

Made me a return customer for life!
