Don't shop for furniture here. They came early to deliver the furniture, I missed their call and they just left having never actually knocked on the door.

They delivered the next day and this is what came. There's more damage that's not shown in the photo. I spoke with at least 6 customer service reps and kept getting transfered to the delivery department which has shortened their hours so I couldn't file a claim. Which I understand, but now I don't know how long I'll be stuck with this...

I called the store and instead of getting assistance they lectured us on how we should have inspected the furniture before the driver left, which we did. The driver took a photo, said we can file a claim, and left.

My son who is trying to build his credit made a HUGE mistake of going to Conn's (And I mean ANY Conn's) He got about $6000 worth of stuff here. 3 of the items he had to go pick up at the warehouse in Aurora. He was very clear in telling them that he wouldn't be able to do so for a while and that was fine. Well he went to get them and they said the items had already been picked up. I am sure they did get picked up by and employee and her husband. Jessica is her name. Anyway Conn's promised they would pull the video, they never did. They called me and my son (HE HAD BEEN MAKING PAYMENTS ON THIS STUFF!) Said they (CUSTOMER SERVICE) were working on fixing it by just taking the items off his account. This would take a month or so.!!! Why? Don't know. Then out of the blue they called us and said they needed some pink slip.... I just lost it. THANK GOD I WORK FOR ATTORNEY'S!!! They have an employee that commited fraud. My son finally quit paying on the items he didn't have or ever pick up!!!! THIS HAS HURT HIS CREDIT SO MUCH. He is 24 and works his butt off to take care of his wife and baby. Conn's - you will be hearing from our attorney's very soon!!!

The initial buying experience was fine. However they have messed up our billing schedule, my husband changed his email and changed it with Conns but Conns didn’t update it correctly and messed up our account and the payment amount’s . I don’t understand why this is so hard to update and get it right. We had to do it 2-3 times due to lack of incompetence . It should never be this difficult .

I would of thought customer service would be way better. My wife and I walked in on a Sunday to browse and buy some furniture and tv for bedroom. Unfortunately employee thought we were there to just waste his time . We asked if they carried any California king bedroom sets he laughs and says, “ no we don’t, I recommend you do you’re research, go home and see who sells Cali king so you’re not driving around in the slippery roads”. Obviously didn’t care about making a sale or offering new bed, what if we wanted a new king set up, well he didn’t care. And also having 6 employees standing around not doing much says a lot.

I went in to look at bedroom furniture and get prices. The 2 gentleman were really nice. They let me look around without any selling pressure. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to purchase.

Malek was a genuine and easy going salesman. He was knowledgeable about the product and financing options and when we raised additional questions, if he didn't know the answer, he took the time to find out the answer. I would recommend working with him if you find yourself at the Sheridan, CO location

The employees at the store level are very nice. I read the "no interest" for a year and I asked about it, and they said no. My friend got the "no interest" for a year. When I asked if I was getting it, the gal didn't know what I was talking about. They also drafted my bank account twice in one month, and they don't know when they will mail out a refund check because no one is allowed to talk to "the finance department". That's so stupid. So basically customer service just takes down notes and they keep telling you the same thing over and over again. As a result of their double payment, it put my bank account in the negative. By the time they decide to give me a refund, my next payment will be due. I am paying off what I owe and never walking in there again.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Jason did not know what he was doing when he had originally helped me causing me to have to come in multiple times to resign forms. I was asked to come in one additional time by Mike the manager at this location to sign one more time. I asked multiple times before I left that day if there were going to be any changes made to my account which he answered no. When I went to pay bill today it was different than what it was supposed to be. I called and spoke with Mike, he lied and said he had told me about this change. If I would have know all the inconveniences I was going to have I would have took the time to drive to the Arvada location. I will never come conduct business with this establishment again.
