Just sat at this location for two hours being told the bunk bed I wanted to purchase would have to get transferred from Texas which was fine. But then proceeded to tell me after waiting two hours that they had to “manipulate their system” to get it ordered which they failed and told me I could not purchase the bed... what a joke horrible place to buy furniture from. Do not go if you don’t want to have your time wasted

WOW, this was the worst transaction I have ever had in my life. First delivery day had physical damage to my home and wrong fridge, on the second deliver day no fridge, third day no fridge, on the fourth day they wanted to leave my new fridge on the sidewalk. They did not set up the fridge or unpack it. I worked with store manager and assistant manager and was promised money for the major screw up. 200.00 dollars was promised, a food voucher for 200.00 worth of meat that went bad since we had no fridge for three nights - four days and was told that I could not start a claim for the physical damage 221.00 plumber until I had a fridge in my house, then when it showed up tried to say I waited too long. even though I had sent the manager an email in writing and spoke to him on the phone ( tim )
2 months in - nothing has been resolved. I tried better business bureau and the company will not work with me at all.The district manager Patrick is no better. He promised one thing, then did not call back and did not deliver - 4 weeks in with him.
wow will be sure to steer people clear of this mess heading to small claims. I waited 2 months before writing this review in hopes of coming to a resolution with the company but there has been no effort on their behalf to this point.

Milo and David were very helpful and full of information when it came to purchasing my new TV I was very satisfied looking forward to the delivery hopefully it all works out

They don’t honor military discounts. They send coupons out in the mail they don’t honor those as well. We sat next to what we liked for about 30 minutes nobody approached us we had to approach somebody. This place is a joke don’t buy anything here it’s just a waste of time

We recently purchased an oven and the television from their store. We simply cannot praise store manager Tim Igo strongly enough. Tim was absolutely amazing, totally customer focused, and had an incredible depth of knowledge across multiple product lines.

Because I needed to come back on Tim‘s day off to finalize things, Tim made sure that I would be taken care of by briefing his operations manager, Kerry, ahead of time. Kerry and the rest of the staff rallied around me to make sure I got everything I needed. It was a truly amazing customer service experience from start to finish!!!

If I could give a negative star review i would! The experience in the store was ok. After I left I kinda felt like I was pressured into my purchase but excited for my new bed. As someone who has 2 herniated discs in my back I was super excited to sleep in my new bed. However as a few weeks went by my back started to hurt worse than it had before my purchase. I called the store asking if I could return or exchange the mattress and I was at that point told that all sales were final on mattresses. If I had known that little detail before I made my purchase I would have NEVER bought the mattress. I've never heard of a company not making sure their customer was 100% happy with their purchase!!! Now in stuck with a mattress that hurts my back worse than before and there's nothing the company will do. I was told by an employee that the store manager and the district manager would call me and I never heard back from either of them. Customer service was a waste of time and wouldn't even listen or try to resolve the problem! So my advice is: TO NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CONNS ITS A JOKE AND A RIP OFF!!!!!!

Where to start? Back story to build a bunk bed that took six weeks to correct or my new purchase that had the salesman sell me the wrong size television and now I have to pay a restocking fee of 15%?

He was asked to check on my previous buy, kids broke my TV, he said 86 inch. Well to find out my last purchase was 75 inches and the new purchase will not fit in my TV nook. I call, the apology was, "I'm sorry for the miscommunication, but you will have to pay a restocking fee because the purchase was delivered and signed for".

What a joke.

Now, I can't do business with AFW or Conns.
I own a TV I can't use...lol

Kudos and a huge thank you to Tim Igo at the River Point Conn's location. My contract was messed up since since July 3 that started with delivery problem and Conn's forgetting to include installation. Conn's redid the agreement but it was all wrong. It stayed incorrect and wrong for almost 4 months. Until a week ago Tim solved the problem with my contract in less than a week. Tim possess great customer service. He is super fantastic, very detailed and professional. True to himself, he has solved the problem with my account quickly. He has leadership skills and qualities of a good manager. I give Tim 5 stars!

Well I went in to purchase some new furniture for my place and thought it would help my credit out.... I was very mistaken. 2 months later and I’m looking at my bill from Conn’s and I’m now paying full price on 2 items I picked that were on clearance. Many many phone calls later and they can’t fix the issue and have no way to tell that the items I purchased were on clearance. Now I’m stuck paying full price on some clearanced items and no one can help or solve the problem. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to get robbed. Also I’ve been over paying on my bill and my monthly payment keeps increasing it started at around $82/month and now at about $95/month and I’m overpaying the bill!
