Experience was very pleasant. My wife and I went in to Conn's with a very specific interest in an appliance package and price range. Jan the appliance tech was tremendous in helping. Us find the right suite of appliances well within our expected price range (super reasonable) Also beating the price range of other national and local competitors. Top quality products. Jan was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I were profoundly grateful.

We have been in conns at riverpoint twice and we have been treated horribly. They did not even offer the Yes Money financing! And he never wears his name tag. I am disabled and very plus sized due to many health issues and they treat us terribly, the tall thin young guy barely speaks to us and will not properly answer us. I sleep in a recliner and it's the only place that has one I can sit and sleep in comfortably. I recently got a chair rent to own and it did not work for me and I have been sleeping on a couch painfully. I am not happy with them. UPDATE..... they said they would work with our price of the recliner, told us we had to pay upfront for delivery or drive way too far for us to go to the warehouse and pick it up. Again....Not happy and Not going back! Conns does not treat all customers equally. We have had enough!

Went today to purchase a white leather ottoman. Sign said $299. We get ready to purchase and the salesman said oh they actually just raised the price to $350. We asked if they would honor the price it was advertised on the floor, and they said no. I don't see how you can change the price on customers like that. Won't be back.

Purchased an upright freezer floor model. I had no scratches or dents. When it was delivered it has a Nickle size dent on the side. Neither the store or the delivery people were willing to compensate for the damage. Probably won't buy there again.

The place was clean, the employee's were friendly, greeting my daughter and I as we enter the store, asked if we needed any help. Any and all question's my daughter and I asked about the sales associate was very helpful. I loved that they were able to handle my account here instead of me going all the way to the Aurora store. The only thing that way a downer was the sofa, I was purchasing didn't come in black, or grey, I still bought it.

Stephanie went way beyond what is to have excellent service.! From the time she spoke with my wife and I, she was prompt, knowledgeable and very very friendly.! She was adamant about letting us know step by step what we were purchasing, leasing agreements etc. Not only did she close the sell and make it painless as well as effortless, but she went out of her way to make sure our experience was perfect! Horrible. I bought a couch in Jan of 2021, I paid in full, it didn't work. I had to have a new one delivered the first week. The 2nd one stopped working 6 weeks ago, I had it for barely over 5 months. I talked to the store manager, I took my concern all the way to corporate. It took six weeks to get a replacement motor and switch for my sofa. Conn's also told me to install it myself or they would charge extra to fix it. Absolute, worst horrible experience ever.
