I can't tell who are the employees and who are the customers. Everybody at this store is there to socialize with each other and look like they walked in off the street. There was 1 guy there that I could tell was an employee and was very nice to me.

My husband and I had a great experience with Jam the salesman that helped us with everything we needed and also we like Conn's payment and warranty plans on all the great new stuff we got..🙂

Everything we liked they did not have or it would take over a month to get it, IF they could even get it BUT employees were very helpful, and accommodating to what they actually could do. Items were way over priced.

It's nice, clean, well organized store. The staff members were a pleasure to work with.

Intelligent and polite staff. Walked me through all washer and dryers and showed me what is best for what kind of cleaning. Told me off past issues or flaws with certain designs to look for. All and all great experience and will be back.

Staff was very helpful, respectful, especially about what's going on. Answered all our questions and got the answers to ones not sure about. Ask for Milo's or Jan if you plan on shopping, guys know their products.

Bought over $3000 worth of appliances and the salesman there decided to add a complex installation to my microwave, on top of the normal installation cost of $120. He assured me that if the complex installation wasn't used I would be refunded the money right away. The installers plus the factory told me the complex installation was not needed. I have called the store 3 times and they keep blowing me off and asking me to call them back! Still haven't gotten my $50 back and its been 2 weeks since install. Watch out for this scam!
