The people at Allied stepped up and helped me out on a small basement project when another local HVAC company backed out. So, not only did Allied do a great job, they stepped up when they didn't have to. 100% recommendation. A special kudos for their office staff. Great job.

When we encountered a winter heating system failure, Jon the service manager arrived within hours. He quickly evaluated the system to determine the minor component that had failed and replaced it. Jon completed the work within cost estimate, was courteous, and even wore paper boots to keep the carpets clean. Will use Allied again.

During the building of our home, contractors ended up melting parts of the furnace. This resulted in water everywhere and the ac not working.
Kaz and Rick came out the same day I called and fixed everything. They even pushed back on the builder making sure it was fixed correctly instead of putting a band aid on the problem.
Highly recommend these guys!

We had a new furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner installed. I was pleasantly surprised on how easy the process was. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service was a breeze. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!!!

This company should receive a 0 but in order to leave a review you have to leave a star....I almost didnt leave a review but I figured that it was important to share how we were treated. We bought our first new build a lokal home and allied did all the prewire on our new build so they were the preferred company to use .I contacted them early june to try to set up for them to come put in the new ac unit for us and was told on the phone that they could have it done by the following Monday or tues so we just have to hang in there a little longer bc it was really hot....John Cassle came out to our home to give us a quote the following day prior evening of him coming out we talked with our neighbor behind us that just moved in and they told us that allied was installing there unit that day for $3,000 for a 3 ton unit so anyway back to John coming out gave us a quote of 3000 for a way 2 ton unit and that was with my husband doing the electrical work for them so he supposedly took a discount off when we confronted him on why so much when our neighbors were getting a bigger unit and not doing any electrical why were we paying the same? He said he had to make a phone call to his office ...he went to his van and was on the phone for a good 30 minutes he came back and said well someone messed up on your neighbors quote and there was nothing they could do...and by the way he says we are booked out for 6 weeks for install! We were so mad come on really!? Then why are you even here giving us a quote? He told us to call Tori in the office and see If she could get us in sooner ...my husband called and the girl samantha wouldn't even let him talk to Tori he asked her why we were told differently when we booked the apt and that we felt like they were blowing us off bc we found out about the cost
..and she said that he was threatening her over the phone ....i was sitting there listening to the entire conversation and in no way did he threaten her...was he upset ?yes ! but who wouldn't be ? so the soonest they could get us installed was july 9th which was still 4 am weeks out.......we did not use them and I would not recommend them to anyone the customer service was so poor I feel like they were just hoping we would go with someone else so they didn't have to honor the price.This company was not loyal and honest and I felt we were taken advantage of!

We called on Wednesday and Kaz and Rick showed up at 8:00 am on Thursday as requested. They immediately diagnosed the problem on our ac unit and had us up and running in less than an hour! They are very professional, knowledgeable and have great customer service. Try them out, you won't be sorry!
