Allied Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new Rheem High Efficiency water heater in our house last week. Ben and Cody were on time, professional, and did an excellent job with the installation. The water heater performs very well and we are happy we chose Allied! We highly recommend them.

I wanted to specifically recognize one of the technicians at Allied, Cory. Cory installed a replacement air conditioning unit when the current unit in my townhome failed. Cory went above and beyond what was expected of him and made sure that the replacement would happen as soon as possible. He was friendly, polite, professional, and most of all, stepped outside of his required duties to help me answer some other questions and fix minor issues. He really cared about my wellbeing and his actions showed that in a big way.
I hope that Allied can recognize Cory for the incredible employee he is and how thoroughly satisfied I am with his services. He is the reason I will be turning to Allied for any and all future HVAC needs.

They did the HVAC for our new build house, we moved in and the furnace is leaking gas, so we had the gas company come out. They shut the gas off to the house and red flag the furnace. We've called Allied 4 times and we've got no response from them. Not only they complete
ly messed up the furnace and created an extremely dangerous situation, they won't even call us back to fix it. The plumber has already been out, and since the gas is leaking from the control valve on the furnace, it isn't his job to fix it. The gas company also said the HVAC people are the ones we needed to contact.

I hired Allied to clean and inspect our furnace in preparation for the sale of our house. Ben came out and did and exceptional job. Everything was cleaned properly, and he checked everything I asked him to check on behalf of the buyer. Ben offered us some stress relief during a stressful time, which we greatly appreciated!

The service technicians came out and did their best to repair the old gas furnace, including a second attempt on a Saturday morning swapping out parts. They shared their diagnosis and said that the old furnace should be replaced, which is what I'm doing. Thanks guys!

This company has way more on their plate than they can handle which leads to poor quality service all around. We live in a new build that Allied completed everything for and it has been nothing short of disastrous. We have been in our home over a year and have probably had 10+ tech visits for various reasons.
First, when we first moved in we had no AC in our upstairs for over a week due to an issue. We moved in August of 2020 and the upstairs was 80+ degrees. We have issues with our entire home not heating and cooling properly. It has since been determined that our ductwork will need to be ripped out and replaced and we will be getting all new systems installed because what we have is too small for our home. We have had temperature variations throughout our home for over a year anywhere from 7-10 degrees. Our electric bills have been through the roof as well. We had so many different techs out over the course of a year giving us the total run around that nothing was wrong. It finally took a third party vendor, hired from the builder to determine all of the issues and get Allied to fix it. We have received no compensation for this due to crazy electric bills and took numerous out of pocket actions to reduce costs such as tinting loft windows, installing top notch fans, blackout curtains, etc. This has been the case for almost EVERY home in our neighborhood. This could have been completely avoided by having knowledgeable techs do the install and attention to detail from the company.
In addition to this we had allied install a humidifier for us in March to remain under builder warranty this was required if we wanted to add a humidifier. We turned it on in September and it it already broken. Luckily, we are still under warranty for that product.
I am writing this as a warning to anyone who may be considering using them for any services. They are stretched thin and hiring techs without knowledge or experience and are chasing the $$$ instead of quality work. I would hire a smaller, local mom and pop business before them and if they do any work for you please get a second opinion.

I called this company on Sunday morning after having issues with my air conditioning and hoping for a quick resolution. They responded with I need to turn my AC off and fan on to met the ice/frost issue and they would call my Monday morning to get me on the schedule and come for a visit. At 1pm I still did not receive a call, and called to follow up. I was told it would be an initial charge of 90 dollars for just scheduling the visit itself and they wouldn’t be available until Wednesday. I called Parker Heating and Air who was able to diagnosis my visit for free, over the phone, without even visiting my place.

Im super impressed with this company. They stand by their work 100%. Chris is the tech who came out to our house. I highly recommend requesting him. He arrived right on time, got in and got to work. The issue was not easy to find but he was able to locate the problem and knocked it out right there. The man knows his stuff, it’s gonna be a cool summer for us!

Our furnace wouldn’t start during a major snow storm and their technician Cody could not make it down our street as the snow plows did not plow. Cody offered to help me via text messaging. I sent him a photo of the furnace and he walked me through the steps to start the furnace. I asked him to send me an invoice and he refused since he did not actually come and do the service. A great company hires and trains great employees and this was a very satisfying experience. When someone asks me if I have an HVAC company Allied is the one for me.
