Allied Heating and air has some of the most amazing people working with them. Recently my wife and I purchased our first home which was a new construction so nothing should be wrong with it right? Wrong. The very first night, Thanksgiving of all times, the furnace just wouldn't work. After calling around and dealing with multiple companies it seemed that the holiday took most of the 24 hour heating and air places out of commission. After spending the previous few nights in the cold we were happy to hear that Allied was not only willing to help but their tech drove over 3 hours (with traffic) just to look at this brand new, newly installed furnace that acted more like a paperweight than a home heating device. Leyton is by far the nicest guy/tech I have ever met. Not only did he take the time to come all the way out but kept me informed of delays as well as road conditions, since we were in the process of moving in from 3 hours away ourselves that day it was a God send to have a tech who not only cared about the issue but also our well being, safety and comfort. Leyton deserves a raise. He not only took care of our issue and did it right the first time but took time away from his family just for us. We can't recommend Allied highly enough and especially Leyton. Thank you again for you help!

I had issues with my A/C and was told to reach out to Allied by my builder Lokal. And although Lokal handled the situation very poorly. The owner of Allied reached out to me and made things right. I am thrilled with the customer service that I received and the professionalism of the owner. When I need assistance again in the future, I know who I'll be reaching out to.

While I wasn’t too happy with the company at first - because their first tech was extremely rude and the second did not fix our problem, they finally sent out a qualified tech, Kaz. He was so careful in our home, as our child is immunocompromised. Not only that, he explained the problem to us like adults and actually fixed it!! When I use Allied, I’ll make sure to ask for Kaz every time. He even checked in with us the next day to make sure the unit was still working right! He was a lifesaver in 94 degree heat!

Ben, the technician who came to our home called me and helped me to trouble-shoot the issue with my heating system after it stop working over the weekend. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and was able to come to the house to repair the system as it was projected. I can't say enough of his professionalism and quick response. I highly recommend this company.

The technician Jon Cassel was very pleasant and informative in the repair of the unit. I found him to be very knowledgeable and it raise my confidence of the issues he found with the unit. More importantly, like some service contractors he gave me the impression he was not out to take me to the cleaners. He provided the service necessary and gave me some pointers on preventive maintenance. I found this to be extremely helpful as a consumer. I would highly recommend his services to anyone or business. I wish there were more like him around in other industries.

Our home was new construction and is 18 months old. Furnace stopped working and it is winter. Call Allied because the builder hired them to install the unit. John, the service manager came before noon, and discovered the plunger in the gas valve got stuck. Fixed it with a couple of taps on the valve and presto our furnace was back to normal. Thanks John. Nice job. He also alerted me that our humidifier thermostat was installed wrong and should be located at least 6 inches above the unit or duct work leading out of the unit. Showed me in the install guidelines and I will call the HVAC company to come back and fix. Thanks.

Our AC went out during the most recent heat wave in Parker and I was desperate to get it working ASAP. We have customers constantly wait in our lobby and I was worried about how uncomfortable they were. Everyone else in town said they were at least a week out. Shawn, the owner, happened to stop in one day and I mentioned the AC issue to him and he had a tech out within 2 hours and fixed within 5. I’m SO thankful for awesome comapanies in Parker and just people helping people in general. He could have brushed over it but he made sure we were taken care of. I’ll be using Allied for personal and business HVAC repairs from now on. Highly recommend!
