Pete with Allied Heating and Air Conditioning was extremely professional and friendly. We had an emergency water leak from our AC unit in the basement. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve it in a timely manner. Thank you Pete and Allied for hiring a competent and professional individual!

Caz and John have come to our rescue yet again. During the hottest two days of June our AC compressor and fan would not shut off and the line in the AC unit froze up. They came to our house, replaced the Thermostat with a more recent, accurate one and checked when it wasn't working correctly, allowing us to enjoy a more reliable, comfortable climate in our house. Rather than just leaving it at this, we are scheduling another follow up to make sure the AC unit is charging correctly and will be reliable for another 5 years. When you require experts to rely on, you can trust Allied Heating and Air Conditioning, for all your HVAC needs.

Horrible customer service, was told that parts were under warranty and I would only have to pay $95 Diagnostic fee plus labor. After part was installed the tech (who was actually nice and good) said he had to charge for the part because they only warranty the part for 1 year. In an email and over the phone I was told parts are warranted 5 years. So I call with the tech still with me and the lady on the phone said that parts are warranted for 5 years again and I didn’t have to pay for parts but I had to pay $95 a hour to cover the time it took to pick up a part and the time it takes to return a part. Basically finding a way to charge me for 3 hours of work plus the fee for something that only took 45 mins to repair. The receipt I got says I paid for the part so they can’t even get their lies together. All this after the tech was late are getting to my house. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY gouging company!

I would give zero stars if that was an option...this is the second time our furnace went out and we have had to call to have someone come out. The last time this happened we called 7 times over the span of 5 hours before we even got a response. This time was no different. In fact I still have yet to receive a response from anyone regarding my issue and it’s already been 3 hours after I started calling. This is completely unacceptable and it would be a completely different situation if we received a call acknowledging our request was received and given some kind of time line. Instead we can’t even get a call back for hours. Your customer service is atrocious and if I had a choice on what company to use I definitely would never use you. I would not recommend your company to anyone.

Lost air conditioning during recent heat wave last week. Called Allied, they tried to find an opening that day, but we're completely booked. Jon Cassel was out the day after. Unfortunately, we needed a new motor which we were told would need to be ordered from out of state. This was on a Friday afternoon. To our surprise and delight, Jon called us Monday morning, said they had the motor and he would be out within the hour. Motor was replaced in short order, Jon was pleasant and professional. Allied will be our company of choice for future furnace and air conditioning needs.

We discovered (on a Friday night) that our A/C wasn't working on our newly built home after an 80+ degree day. Called Allied the next day and received a prompt response. Luke was out within a couple of hours and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He also gave me some helpful tips and answered questions that I had about the system. His courteousness and professionalism is exactly what I expect, but is sometimes hard to find these days. Kudos to Luke for saving the day! Thank you!

On Sunday November the 10th our heater at the store stopped working. Monday I called few companies to see if I can schedule an appointment for the same day or next day. Finally one person from a company came charged me $80.00 trip charge and told me the blower motor burned needs to be replaced the part and his labor he gave me a price close to $900.
My husband works at the gas station in Parker. Luckily there was a customer gives Allied Heating and Air's phone number. I called them in less than 5 minutes I received a call from Mr. Jonathan Kaz.
I give him the address since he was driving to our way he showed up and went up to the roof. The first thing he found out the switch was off. It didn't take him more than 10 minutes to Diagnose And fix the problem . It was very simple and easy fix.
I'm recording this company and specially Mr. Kaz is the best he knew what he was doing. I do appreciate him very much. Thank you Mr. Kaz for all your help and being knowledgeable and very friendly.

He took the time to explain just what was going on with my furnace and how I could avoid similar problems in the future--and he found that the problem could be addressed without having to make a costly repair. I will definitely use Allied again when I need HVAC services.

They were quick to respond. The service manager Jon Cassel was friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and found an issue above and beyond what I called about. I didn't know my humidifier had been disconnected by a previous technician and not set back up. Pricing was reasonable. Overall a pleasant experience to an urgent need. Thank you!

Allied has been nothing short of amazing - especially working with Tori! Allied works with Richmond who built our home. I am not going to get into it here but lets just say our experience with Richmond hasn't been good. With nearly 100 construction or warranty issues we have been struggling with Richmond for over 16 months now. One of these issues is related to the HVAC. Our unit is brand new and simply cannot heat or cool our house! Richmond tried airflow test after airflow test trying to get results that would get them off the hook. Finally I had enough and I went directly to Allied. We spoke to Tori and put her in charge of dealing with Richmond and I cannot rave about the experience enough. She has shown true empathy and has taken control of the situation. Tori has been a dedicated advocated for us and because of this we are finally making some real progress. Richmond has agreed to replace our system with a more efficient system and its because Allied went to bat for us. Folks if you know how Builders operate, this type of thing just doesn't happen! This was an expensive burden with energy bills and a health and safety issue for our children. Bottom line is that without Tori and Allied we would likely have never gotten a resolution. Allied and Tori deserve the utmost credit and I would recommend working with them to anybody! If you want someone who cares about you - use Allied. There's a lot of HVAC companies out there and its hard to know who to trust without testimony as some HVAC companies cannot be trusted. I am here to tell you that you dont have to worry about being treated honestly and fairly with Allied. Dont forget to tell Tori that you saw my recommendation as I want her to know how much she is appreciated. Sincerely Jeremy W.
