Allied Heating and Air Conditioning

Allied Heating & Air is an excellent company. I had my air conditioner serviced for the summer by Layton. He was very personable, enjoyed his job and explained everything that he was doing and why. Layton also identified an issue with my Nest thermostat and fixed it on the spot. I was so impressed that I set up a recurring service plan to have my furnace done this fall. Thanks for outstanding service!

I'm extremely happy with the service, professionalism and quality of products from Allied Heating & Air. I had a ton of questions and they answered them all! I suffer from extreme allergies and am SO grateful I had their Humidifer and UV Light Filtration system installed. In these days of uncertain times I feel safer that my home is protected by Allied Heating & Air. Their prices were very fair and their service techs were friendly. Highly recommend this company!

Our first experience with Allied has been great. They made accommodations to come out after work hours and look at my problem with leaking near my bathroom vent. They showed up on time, were super courteous and took care of the issue that night. Even though it was a late night they took the time to answer any questions we had and we never had that feeling that they needed to rush out. We’ll definitely use them again. Thanks to Scott and Josh for awesome service.

Worth the wait - Ben has been fantastic on two separate appointments, answering a million questions. As my mother-in-law said, "I can finally sleep at night without worrying about our furnace and AC!"

Ben A was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with what was going on with my furnace and he got my humidifier working! He answered my many questions and took the time to show me how to do things on my thermostat, humidifier and furnace. Customer service at its finest!

Our gas furnace would only run for about minute and then shut off. After going through the owner's manual and checking all of the normal things, we contacted Allied to come out and diagnose the problem. We were fortunate to have Jon, the service manager, come out. Within a few minutes he determined the cause to be a massive amount of insects that had clogged the condensation vent and pneumatic switch. The hard part was cleaning everything out. Ninety minutes later we were fully operational.

Working in the service industry, the things that impressed me about Allied was there these: 1) We were not under any annual contract with Allied, yet they responded and came out the same day, 2) Jon was very professional and took great care not to create additional clean-up (the bugs were bad enough), 3) I knew from the onset what the cost estimate would be and there were no surprises, 4) Jon made himself available should we had any problems after he left.

We were extremely pleased from beginning to completion. Allied has serviced our air conditioning unit as well and took extra time and care to diagnose that situation, and followed up after the repair to see how things were running.

Highly recommended.

Not sure what on earth happened but the ac unit they installed is making a horrible screeching sound. Like a nail is being scraped along something inside. It's emmenating this horrible smell almost like a gas leak or something. If I didn't know any better, I'd think there was an animal stuck inside of it. I tried to call to get the guy to come back and theyre saying its my fault (I've only had this ac unit for two days and haven't messed with it. Its been making the sound since the guy left).

I'm having a different company come in to check. Will update once I have more news.

EDIT: not sure what animal was stuck in the unit by that's what the noise was coming from. The whole unit had to be scrapped because of the crusted blood within the unit.

Allied was a godsend! We were getting our cracked porch concrete redone and needed to move the air conditioning unit, a unit which squeaked quite loudly (we had been told by a previous company that the squeaking couldn't be fixed). We called TONS of companies and were getting ridiculously high quotes just to move the A/C.

Layton from Allied gave us a VERY reasonable quote (a quarter the amount another company quoted), they were able to come in a timely manner, and upon putting the A/C back he fully and properly recharged all the fluids (it doesn't squeak anymore!!!), replaced our old caps with new tamper proof caps so our young kiddos can't get hurt, cleaned it, and put new insulation over the pipes. He did such a great and thorough job they will definitely be who we call from now on.

It's always the coldest day of the winter when your furnace decides to have issues. I'm so grateful for the service that we receive from Allied's great techs - Scott, Josh and Cody. For the second time this winter I called toward the end of the day after coming home from work to find my house at 60 degrees. Allied responded quickly, from the dispatch to the arrival at my home within an hour. So pleasant, very thorough, solved the problem and my home is warm again! Thank you, Allied!

Jon Cassel was great. My appointment was at 10 and he was 30 min early!!! He was so helpful. I can now change my own humidifier filter! :) (which I didn't even know I had) We ended up finding about 75 rocks were put down our intake pipe and he got them all out, which was no easy task.Thank you so much Jon you were a life saver! I will absolutely be using Allied Heating and Cooling again in the future.
