    I had a leaky humidifier. Smith & Willis’ response was very quick. The service man, Monte, called ahead and arrived right on time. He was very personable and his expertise and knowledge were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend his services!

    In my opinion…the best company in Colorado. I have been using their services for my personal needs and for my business needs for decades! Their sales department is awesome, specially Frank...never met anyone as professional as he is!!!

    We really appreciated how dedicated and thorough Monte (the technician) was in diagnosing the problem with our air conditioning. He took his time to fix it completely even though this pushed him into working later into the evening to meet the needs of other customers that were scheduled for that same day. We know that this cut into his schedule but he never showed frustration and actually seemed to enjoy the challenge of figuring out the complexities of the problem.     I was having a problem with my AC not working properly. I contacted Smith & Willis who installed the AC unit. They were very prompt and worked with my schedule. David H. was the technician who was assigned to handle my problem. He took the time to explain every phase of the process as it was happening. He found the source of my problem. It was an instant fix. He also took time to review how my thermostat works. David was very helpful in the resolution of my problem.

    David did an excellent job educating me on the issue that may have caused our AC unit to malfunction in our new build Remington home. Also shared maintenance best practices of our units.     I have been experiencing issues with our upstairs A/C unit since we moved in. Each year, the pipe freeze, and when the technicians respond, the reading are all over the place. Four years later and after a new coil system is replaced, we got frozen pipes again and the unit was shutting off due to high pressure. David and Brodi responded today and they were beyond outstanding. David replaced the coil system, again. Cleared the line, replaced about everything that could be replaced and injected new refrigerant. I was blow away, they did everything they could and were friendly and professional. David and Brodi of Smith and Willis, BRAVO!!

    I must also say, Katherine, with Smith & Willis Customer Service was so professional and friendly and genuinely cared about our on-going A/C issue - Thank You!!
