Robert did an inspection on my furnace and my hot water heater, this man is a complete professional. You can not ask for a better service tech than Robert and 1 Source Home Service is an outstanding company, I will not use any other company than 1 Source they are the best in the business. I just wish I could take them with me to Texas when I move from here . Robert even went one step further and took pictures of my breaker box and inspected it as well, so if they are called by someone other than me they have a complete picture of my home.

Troy was very clear on my choices. He worked with me on getting a new heating unit for my home as cost effective as possible. And scheduled the installation to be done quickly. This is very important to me as I live in an area that is already experiencing freezing temperatures.
One Source Home Service scheduled a technician to come out the same day I contacted them. Brandon arrived in the time frame expected. He cleaned and inspected the heater. He took pictures of the motors, blower, circuit board, etc... He used these to explain why the heater wasn't working and what it would take to get it functional again. He was professional and pleasant. He gave me the information I needed to make a decision on how to proceed with no pressure.
I would recommend the services of One Source Home Service to my friends and family.
Daniel and Terrance installed a new heating unit for me today. They worked efficiently and competently. The unit is working great. With the temperatures dropping into the 20's at night and colder weather in the forecast, I am so happy that One Source Home Service has my home warm and comfortable.

We had a pretty rough experience with this company. Our water heater damaged our basement on December 27th. Once the restoration was completed, we were told we couldn’t use the water heater that was in our house and that our house requires a different one due to it being a modular home. We had already been without hot water for about 2 weeks (we have a toddler and senior living in the home). We decided to use this company. The water heater was supposed to be installed on January 12th but when they arrived to work on it, they were missing parts or whatever. So this happened on several occasions during the whole process of getting a “new water heater installation” where they would leave, come back and then just not come back. I don’t know how many calls were made between me and my husband to talk to someone. Terrible communication. Also it was supposed to be a 50 gallon water heater installed which they said was too big and put in a 40 gallon. We made lots of calls and couldn’t get the technicians and/or manager to call back at a decent time or at all. They came back on the 16th and supposedly had fixed everything…guess again. The hot water worked for a few days and then stopped working. Then we had no hot water again for the weekend. The office where it sits also smelled weird..like exhaust maybe not sure. They also told us they put the wrong water heater in and that it was for natural gas. Like whaaatt..where did you find these dudes. We attempted to ask for a phone number to get in touch with somebody of a higher rank and employees that answer the phone kept saying “we can’t give you that information”. They refused to let us talk to anybody other than a technician. We continued calling and finally they sent out Marcos. He fixed everything that was messed up in the same day with no issue. He was very nice and helpful on the phone and with my husband when he stopped by the house. I probably wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody just after our experience. Unless you know you’ll get Marcos who clearly knew what he was doing. I am thankful we finally got someone out who knew what they were doing. We’ve had no issues since he came out to the house and the office doesn’t smell anymore either. I’m not sure if the original 2 technicians just had no fricking clue what they were doing, but it was miserable. Hopefully they do something about those Jo schmos because that was absolutely ridiculous! I’ve been through this one other time and never had an experience like this.

They made up problems when the only issue was a slow leak. They tried to get me to pay 13k to replace my whole system when a can of sealant fixed the issue.
Always get a second or third opinion. I lost 125 dollars by letting them visit my home, but at least I avoided an unnecessary replacement.

Rourke arrived on time and did everything he could (checking pipes, taking pictures and asking his fellow co workers for answers) to get us the information we needed to make an informed decision.
