Very poor service …I was schedule for service at 05/12 and was cancelled by them and reschedule again on 05/13 . Tech show up nasty and dirty with no uniform . Look at it and not even open it to see the problem and said it might need a flush for $350 and we can’t work on it til Tuesday . And wanted me to pay for a service not being done at all on 05/13. What kind of business you people runny and it is very unprofessional !

Dustin was professional in checking my AC intake hose. He was quick to explain what he was doing and the purpose of the equipment he was checking. Dustin also offered suggestions for other things to be done to improve my AC as well.
Overall I'm completely satisfied with his service and the time it took to complete it. I'm happy that One Source was able to schedule me soo quickly as well.
Quincy did and AC and furnace check last week, 06/01/23 and was quick and efficient in checking my systems. He explained what he was doing and why. The tips he provided made sense and were provided to help my systems run more efficiently. I hope to have him when I schedule my next appointment.

Hot water tank. I told the rep that i had already hit the reset button and turned it up and no hot water. The rep was in the crawl space for 20 minutes and came up and charged me 120 dollars to turn the dial up. I called another service and they installed a new thermostat and element for the same amount of money, same day. I called the number on the survey that was sent to me via text and the guy didn't want to talk to me about it but said I'd hear back. That was almost a month ago and I've heard nothing.

Received text message twice saying they will be here the following day from 8-10am. No one showed nor did I receive a call. The first time they failed to show up I called the office and she said she would have someone go in in the afternoon again no show or call. The second time again I called and she did not seem to care of my complaint and couldn’t get me over to a manager, she also mentioned that in her computer she had a different arrival time which again a mistake on their side for sending incorrect times. Not once did I get an apology.

Today a gentleman name Q did my maintenance. I have to say, he has probably been my favorite one in the two years of service I've used one source. Polite, manners, explained things, my sog loved him so that's always a good thing. I just really enjoyed the experience with him. Ty Q!
