One Source Home Service

Our furnace stopped working last night. Bought a new thermostat this morning, as that's what the old thermostat said on its error code. Replaced the thermostat and still nothing! Called One Source and exercised our service plan and they had Quincy show up quickly to the house. Quincy was all smiles and extremely professional while assisting us. Ended up only being a fuse (thank God). He changed that and also the filters. Did a good service check on everything and he got us up and running! Thanks One Source.

If you get the chance to work with Nathan you are in good hands! One of the most professional, friendly, knowledgeable guys out there. My anxiety was skyrocketed when my furnace went out but after the 1st hi, I was at total ease! Don't be afraid to learn from Nathan. He has tons of fun knowledge to share. Best thing is that that he talks with you and not at you. Best service guy out there!

Had an emergency when some duct work failed in our attic due to rust, so had to turn off the furnace. Called One Source on a Saturday and they were out within two hours to inspect, which was great. The technician was friendly, helpful, and professional. Got an estimate and scheduled for the work to be completed on the following Wednesday.

Well on Wednesday the technicians show up and say they need to take measurements. Odd since I thought the estimate was created from the measurements, but ok. The duct work needing to be done is in the attic. The team that showed up didn't have a ladder. So I lent them a ladder so they could do what they needed to do. They take their measurements and say they are going to go pick up the necessary pieces.

Three hours go by and don't see or hear from the technician. We call One Source and are informed by the office that the technicians weren't able to source one of the pieces, so will not be out until Friday since Thursday is Thanksgiving. When we said that is unacceptable the administrator on the phone said they would have a supervisor call us. Spoiler alert, we did not hear from a supervisor.

So thanks One Source for ruining our ability to go and spend Thanksgiving with family so that we can stay at home and play the space heater rotation game. Hope you all had a good time with your families.

OneSource is THE source for all your needs! On this visit, Bobby came out to do a furnace check for us. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. We discussed various options that would improve furnace efficiency. He was not pushy but presented the pros and cons of each one. Fantastic job today and every time they come out!

High priced!!! I want to like this company. Being veteran owned and easy scheduling to get everything I need is a big plus. That being said, everything they do minus the service call is way over priced. Not only are they way over priced, they quote you for repairs that don't NEED to be done. For this reason I will not use them again. I don't condone taking advantage of people due to their lack of expertise in the field. I am not an HVAC certified person. However, I do know how to spot being taken advantage of. Found another company for a second opinion and they found nothing critically wrong. It's a furnace, they get old...but just because they are old doesn't mean you need to replace it. It still runs, no proven leaks...still good to go. But if you're one of those people to trade-in your car because your brake pads are getting low....be my guest. It's a no thank you for me.

Bobby was very knowledgeable and found buildup from the pressure switch air line had blocked air flow. Removed the obstruction and restored operation. Also talked me into replacing my 23 year old furnace with a 2 stage model. I will recommend One Source to anyone looking for HVAC repairs.
