Robert has to be the best tech I have ever met. We had an emergency our heat was not working. He was very helpful and honest about our heating and cooling system he answered all my questions and was very very honest about what we needed and what was wrong, I truly believe he cares about his customers. I will NEVER call any other company to help us with our heating, cooling, electrical or plumbing needs. One Source Home Services is the best company!! Thank you 😊

Updated 2021, our ac took a nosedive a couple days ago and one source as always has been the absolute best in getting things done efficiently and kindly amidst chaos. Also shout out to Marcos and Adam who were the kindest techs I've met this year.

(2020) They have been amazing at keeping us uo to date with quotes on a furnace and various other things in the last couple of years. Coral and Kendall came out today and got us situated with getting a new furnace asap. They are veteran owned and extremely courteous always.

Peyton Moore performed the preventive maintenance on my heater system. He mentioned the the inducer motor was slowly going out and it should be covered under the 10 year warranty. This system was installed by Climate Solutions during their transition to Air Pros. Hopefully Air Pros / One Source Home Solutions covers this warranty work. Peyton was very professional and listened to me explains explaining this issue and added my concerns in the invoice. Very happy with the service Peyton performed!

We called One Source Home Service after reading the positive reviews and let me tell you how glad we were. Not only are they a Veteran owned business, but they also hired right. Our technician, Raphael, did a great job! He‘s very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Our HVAC system ran much quieter after a tune up. We will be recommending him and One Source to our friends. Way to go!

Bobby was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. We received a courtesy furnace inspection and cleaning. No hard sell on any products. Just good old honest feedback on the condition of our furnace and a thorough cleaning. Kudos and thank you for your service ✌🏼

Genuinely terrible service. My family just paid $15,000 on June 9th to have a new furnace and central air system installed (a very coincidental number now that I have read more reviews) and this equipment has never worked right. We have had a dozen or so appointments scheduled, half of which have been rescheduled or canceled altogether, and the problem persists. We had one technician recommend replacement of the compressor unit and then One Source decided to have a "second pair of eyes" look at the compressor and they decided not to replace it but rather to add a half pound of refrigerant to the system. Another technician came to look the very next week and added yet another half pound of refrigerant and now the system cant even keep up with the heat. It runs all day long, if it decides to work at all. We went with the highest bidder (almost double what the runner-up quote was) just so we could avoid these kinds or problems, now we have decided to have the system removed for a refund and I can't get anybody to call me back. I'm seriously concerned that we will have to seek legal help in order to get a refund. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for HVAC service if you want properly running equipment and decent customer service. My 11 month old daughter is not happy about her 80 degree house when the thermostat is set to 71.

Andres came to do an inspection on our furnace for our home closing. He was quick and professional, and explained everything he saw throughly

Andres came to my house with a large coffee, even Starbucks. So right off the bat he won brownie points. He was very thorough, explaining everything in terms I could understand. Even asked if I had any other issues for his specialty and gave me some tips on how to fix them. Very professional and respectful to my house.

I paid $69 service call to be given a sales pitch for an extremely overpriced solution. They stated my until was unrepairable and a replacement would be $24,000 after many discounts. The next day an actual repairman (from another company)showed up and had it running temporarily in under an hour and a few hundred dollars. When I told him the quote I was given by this company, he laughed and said I could replace the whole unit, repipe the house and clean your carpets for much less than that! In my opinion, at best this company lacks skills, at worst when they know they have you, you will be grossly over sold. In my opinion, scam. Would avoid at all costs!
