The techs were ahead of schedule, professional and did a great job at installing a new whole house humidifier and condensation pump. Everything looks great, works great, and they cleaned up everything once they completed. Will use this company again in the future.

Frank replaced a pressure regulator for me. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He checked several other things for me while he was here. Will definitely use 1st Choice Plumbing again.

HVAC (Gas Forced Hot Air Furnace) problem diagnosis. Megan was very professional and knowledgeable. She diagnosed the issue, explained the likely causes, and options for remedy.

Called regarding A/C repair. Tech said board on furnace was bad and needed to replace either board or furnace. After receiving quote had a second company come out. They found blown fuse on board. Traced short circuit to outside unit control wire. Fixed it and replaced fuse. Problem solved. Won't use 1st choice again.

I am in the process of getting estimates for plumbing work and David did a through job of looking at the projects, letting me know how he can pie the estimate.
David texted me that he would be at my home between 1 and 3, he was right on time. I am going to discuss the estimate with family members and have the work done with 1st Choice.
