We had a catastrophic day with my parents old boiler going out the day before the arctic blast. While we weren’t able to fix it-them helped us find solutions get water turned off etc. really tremendous in all aspects. We will need a new system for their house and we will buy it from 1st Choice Pro Services.

I've used 1st Choice now for three jobs in the last several years. They are prompt, responsive, professional and do great work. They recently came out on a cold, snowy day right after I called to trouble-shoot a leak on a hose bib they'd installed. They immediately found a defective, internal part and replaced it, with no charge to me, of course. They are my go-to plumbing and HVAC business here in the Parker area.

Called in the morning for a plugged sewer line, had an appointment the same afternoon. Scott was timely and very friendly and cleared the problem.
Folks, don’t put pumpkin guys down your garbage disposal. We knew that already but our guests did not. I finally have my kitchen back!

We had a leak from our main level toilet that went into the basement. When I called 1st Choice they sent Scott and he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He educated us on the issue, his suggested fix, and even checked the other toilets in our house to make sure we didn’t run into the same issue elsewhere. They returned my call before even opening, Dave came to the house within several hours, explained what needed to be done, gave me a fair estimate and got the work done in several hours. I hate to give them such a good review as I don’t want them to be to busy to come back when I need them, but they were great, highly recommended

Here we are on a Sunday morning and my heater system broken down! Shortly after messaging 1st Choice Pro service, I received a call back. An hour later, their crew arrived and was able to diagnose the problem which was due to a broken down gas valve (27 years old HVAC system). Repair was completed within the same day! I strongly recommend them if you’re having any issues with your HVAC system.

Don and his assistant did an excellent job, as usual. Our old boiler was going out and the piping was all wrong to boot! That's not to say there weren't challenges, but Don addressed each one and now we have a fully functional system. Thanks 1st Choice!
