I have used 1st Choice Plumbing for years and they always do a great job at a fair price in comparison to many of the mega-companies out there. Techs are always very knowledgable and thoroughly answer all our questions.

Called them to get a safety check done and check on a part that was making the furnace struggle to start up. Found them through a friend, they were quick to answer the phone, clear with expectations, would've had someone available if it had been an emergency, and showed up early in the promised window. The guys were polite, to the point, explained things to me, gave me some ideas of things to keep an eye out for in the next few years, and all in all were great. I'd work with them again and will keep them in mind for future issues with HVAC or plumbing.

We had a list of items to address on a home we were selling. This was a time sensitive matter that was addressed earlier than expected. We are so happy with their work and our working relationship we are signing up for services to be performed at our new home.

Water Valve replacement. Technician reported that my house water pressure was too high at 100psi and needed to be at 70psi. Recommended that two other valves needed to be replaced and would send an estimate for the job. Aurora Water stated that the pressure for my house should be at 100psi......it appears that a scam was in the making. Looks like another plumbing company is in order and "Next Door" needs to be notified of this misrepresentation !

Had a water-line shutoff valve replaced. Service was excellent but they charged $250.00 for a job that took the installer 15 minutes. Will not be calling them again.

Meagan was so professional and did a very thorough job checking out our heating system. I highly recommend!

Overall, great experience, although the original issue was more of a caulk and tile issue then a plumbing issue. Scott did test our water pressure and noticed it was very high, so I had him replace the main water value to avoid any future issues

We met with several companies, and ultimately chose 1st Choice Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning because of their knowledge and expertise. Frank and his team were very informative and helpful in deciding the best options for our hot water heater. We'll be calling them again for our water filter. Highly recommended!

Our furnace died in the late afternoon before a big freeze. They showed up that night to look at it and had it replaced the next day.

David was prompt, courteous, well-informed and thoroughly explained everything. Will be using this company again!
