The technicians were very professional taking the time to explain my problem in a very easy to understand manner. They gave me a few options without trying to aggressively upsell me with parts I didn’t need. They also told me what I could for preventative maintenance to reduce the frequency of similar issues. I have used their services for my hot water heater, furnace and A/C. They have great preventative maintenance plans and also were able to certify my furnace when I sold my house. Highly recommend!

My 23 year old unit went down on superbowl sunday and I called several places. Scott was the 1st to reply and came 1st thing monday morning. He diagnosed the unit and gave me price to fix it. Wasn't even pressured into a new unit. Given the age I decided to go new and was given two different prices on units...again wasn't pressured either way. Scott came out the next day and got me up and running. We love our new unit and can't believe how much of differnce it makes!

Did a great job at repairing the blower motor in our furnace. Came out the same day we called and fixed the problem fast when they got the parts. They also charged a very reasonable rate as well. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had another local contractor out first who charged me a small fortune and was unable to fix my AC. They were more interested in selling me a new system. I had these guys out and within 30 minutes they had my system fixed! This is an amazing honest company!!!

Y'all we went from having a house that was 85 degrees everyday for the last 2 months, to having a cool comfortable house when its 90 outside. I can tell you it is HEAVEN having an a/c. Our house is so old (built in the 60s ish) we never had an a/c so when they came in and were able to put one in, we were so grateful! They did it so well and one of my favorite things is their work isnt an eye sore! It looks good and professionally done. 100% recommend

I love these guys! My poor furnace was working constantly, but not warming our house at all. I thought we were going to need a new one! But, Scott from Premier Comfort came over and fixed furnace, and our house was toasty by evening!

The guy that came to my home diagnosed the problem which is not the issue.the problem came when he decided to throw the invoice on the couch four feet away from me rather than handing it to me. Having to reach for the paper, I asked what the charges were for today for him to come out and he used his middle finger to point out the charges on the invoice to me. Only pointed. Didn't tell me. I asked again what the charges were, he threw his attitude and told me the cost. He seemed like it was a hassle for him to come out and diagnose the problem. I won't be going through this company again. way over priced

Great service! Came on time as scheduled and got straight to work. He got my A/C back up and running in no time. Very reasonably priced as well. I really recommend this company for anyone looking to get their a/c fixed.
