Fantastic service! My air conditioning stopped working during the night........forecast was another day in the high 90's. I didn't think I would get anyone to come out before the weekend, but Scott made time. I contacted him and he responded quickly. He was able to come same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and he had things up and running again within a half hour. I will be contacting Premier Comfort Heating and Air for any future issues and I feel confident referring them to others.

Wow...Excellent service! When my blower went out in the middle of 90+++ degree heat wave. Scott at Premier saved me money by finding a less expensive, but BETTER quality replacement, AND had it installed same day. Really great at communicating status of finding parts and his eta to my house, so I wasn't left wondering what was going on. This is the kind of business, you want to do business with.

Our humidifier thermostat went out. Scott came out and honored the work warranty without question and resolved our issue quickly.

Highly Professional and Knowledgeable. Great company to deal with. We were having issues with our AC unit and called Scott at Premier Comfort. We got a scheduled visit within a couple of days and they arrived on time. Scott went right to work on troubleshooting the issue and quickly identified our problem. He explained to me what the issue was, what it would take to fix it, and how much it would cost. After we agreed to continue, he quickly performed the work as described and our issue was resolved.

Its 100 degrees outside and my AC quits working, just like hundreds of others in Denver Metro area. Every place I call is booked solid at least two weeks out. Scott from Premier Comfort fits my AC into his schedule to take a look the very next day. Once he got to our house he diagnosed and fixed the issue within minutes. He could have taken advantage of our situation, but instead was professional, and fixed the AC quickly and for a reasonable price. I know Premier Comfort is where I will be going for all future heating and AC needs.

After 9 years in our current home, I feel like this is the first time any HVAC company has been honest and actually knew what the problem was. Scott and his assistant arrived early, got right to the source of the problem and corrected the issue, and the charge was very reasonable. It's refreshing to have had such excellent, and I believe, ethical service!

Premier Comfort did lots of work for us after we moved into our house two years ago. We've always been pleased with their service. Very reasonably priced, always helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about what they do. Scott gave us several options on putting in an air conditioning unit and water heater. Talked about what's the best and what he recommended and why, he helped us make an informed decision, but we never felt pressured. For our first project, installing the air conditioning, we got several bids, Scott saved us hundreds of dollars and was by far the most experienced of the bunch. We will never use anyone else.

My 12 year old ac unit broke down on me the other day. I called Scott on a referral from a friend. Scott returned my call in a timely manner. It was determined that I would need the inside and outside units replaced. Scott had me four options for me to choose from. I was happy with the prices and how quick Scott was able to schedule my install. I just had Christian and Nate from Premier Comfort at my home to install the new unit. They were very professional and did a great job on the install. The old unit was hauled away and everything was cleaned up. Thank you Premier Comfort!

We had a steam humidifier put on our furnace a month ago. Scott is professional and honest and he did a great job at a reasonable price. Now last night our furnace was't working and it was very cold outside and inside. I called Scott and he came over and fixed it within a short period of time. I am very happy with the service I have received and would recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
