I called Scott late at night, he got back to me right away to set a time to check my AC in the morning. He let me know he'd be delayed, but sent another technician to take a look. I appreciate his ability to give me an accurate ETA, even after something changed his schedule, so I wasn't waiting around.

Scott is amazing! he was fair priced, got me an apt within 3 days of calling him and he explained everything in detail to me! He had the part needed to fix my AC with him so there was no waiting.. great company! highly recommend!

Our heat went out on one of the coldest days of the year. It was 63 degrees in our house and getting colder quickly. We called Scott aftr hours and he was here within 15 minutes as promised. He had the part in his truck and had it fixed quickly. He was very professional and courteous. I was impressed how thoughtful he was by wearing those plastic booties on his shoes so he wouldn't track snow or mud into our house. Scott was very friendly and helpful in resolving the issue with my furnace as promptly as possible. His knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated. When he came he was able to diagnose the issue quickly as well as noticing some other irregularities in with my furnace that existed when it was originally installed. Professional, friendly, and prompt! Scott had repaired my upstairs ac unit last year. When a different issue with the unit arose last week, the first person I thought to call was Scott because he was very professional on the previous visit throughly explaining what the issue was and what my options were to resolve the issue (even one option which did not involve his company).
