Scott was awesome. I would recommend him to everyone. I was dealing with another company and they tried to rip me off and give me several false diagnosis. I'm glad I trusted my gut and found Scott. He knows what he is doing and is very reasonable. Scott has a place in my contacts list because I will not trust anyone else but him with my repair and maintenance needs. Thank you again.

Scott was awesome. We were having problems with our year old hot water heater. Manufacturer sent us parts, that didn't fix the problem. We got a lemon water heater. So he continued to battle it out and they gave us a brand new water heater.

Scott came to our home on multiple occasions and really worked with us to find the best options for our home. We found him to be honest and prompt. We will gladly use him in the future when the need arises.

I called this company and no one answered and left a voicemail. Immediately the owner called me back and made me an appointment for the following week. We had a gas leak, Scott (the owner) advised to call Xcel Energy to temporarily fix the problem until he could get out to fix it. He had me call Xcel to save me the burden of a weekend emergency charge. Xcel arrived quickly to temporarily fix the problem. Scott promptly called me before my appointment and advised of an ETA.

He and his assistant were very fast and very professional. He charged us beyond a reasonable price and was so courteous; his pricing is the best I’ve ever seen. He explained that the gas leak was from the cheap material used by the builder and he quickly and efficiently fixed the issue in 40 mintues. Scott is honest, reliable, and prompt. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a company regarding this type of issue. I highly recommend this company.

Scott was recommended by a friend, so I gave him a call and he came out on short notice and did some troubleshooting (bad ignitor), he located a part and had our furnace up and running very quickly. He was very professional and explained everything. We will definitely use him again.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with the courteous, friendly & professional manner that Scott & Christian had. I called Friday morning and spoke to Scott and he had Christian here within a short time and they were able to diagnose the problem order parts and had us fixed early Monday morning. Scott took care of my needs quickly and professionally. My furnace is old and probably need to be replaced soon but Scott just took care of the issue and recommended that I hold off for a little while before replacing the unit. He will always get my business

In an age where overall customer service and work ethic are at an all time low, it has been extremely refreshing hiring this company. I have used them twice now working with Scott and Christian. Both have been very prompt getting to my projects during the busy season. They have fixed each issue within 30min where many other companies in the area weren’t even willing to come look because “they could make more installing new units”. Both times I expected to pay more than charged which says something about their business practices. They didn’t recommend any unnecessary parts or services which is nice. I have personally used several HVAC companies in the Denver metro on rental and flip properties, Premier Comfort is by far the best in every aspect. Give them a chance on your next project, you will not be disappointed.

My A/C went out on the hottest day of the year and I called Scott to see if they could come out. He had his Technicial, Christian (who is fabulous), out to my house by the afternoon. They stayed in touch with me to let me know when they would be there and they fixed it affordably and fast! I would recommend the highly and will call them again to service my A/C and furnace.
