Awesome experience! After feeling discouraged shopping around for a reliable, honest, and professional HVAC company, I found Scott through a referral. He was quick, courteous, thorough, explained everything to me and was competitively priced. I highly recommend this company!

I called Scott to make an appt. It was 4 days out. I called back to describe what the ac was doing. He told me he thought it was an easy fix so he made time on Sat. to stop by. It turned out to be the problem and was fixed in minutes. So happy because temps are in the 90s!!! Very friendly and professional. I'll recommend to anyone in need of their services. Recommend. 5 stars. Outstanding AC service. Initial visit they explained thoroughly what they would do and gave a no pressure estimate of costs for AC work. Day of service their team was super professional, answered all questions during service visit, and were efficient on install job for new AC system. Would recommend then over anyone else in the area and will use again for any heating and cooling needs in the future! The service I received from Scott was first class. He showed up on time and explained in detail the work to be performed. After experiencing the professionalism and trustworthiness of this company I will continue to recommend them to any and all.

Well after the problem was fixed when it came to paying Scott actually places the invoice 5 1/2 away on the couch( I measured don’t worry) and stares at me. We have a stare down until he finally tells me the damage. OK just kidding that would be silly to complain about such a petty thing. He was great and professional. Did an awesome job at cleaning my furnace and even listened to me vent about life. I called Premier the day before and they showed up the next day and even on time. Literally nothing bad you can say about this place and I would use them again if I weren’t moving. Thanks again Scott!

Scott has excellent customer service skills, is extremely knowledgeable and has fair prices. Our furnace broke on Monday, he was able to repair it quickly and went the extra mile to find a way to secure the filter.

My AC unit went out during some of the hottest days during the month. Called premier and Christian showed up the next afternoon. He took his time and looked at my entire system to determine what was needed to be fixed. He didn't try to tell me I needed a new system like the guy that I used last year. He was very nice, professional, and cleaned up after himself. As long as I live in Colorado, Premier Comfort Heating and Air will be my first go to.

Great experience working with these guys on upgrading from an old swamp cooler to a new A/C with an updated breaker box. They coordinated all of the work to be done in a timely fashion, were very professional and kept the work area mess to a minimum. We are so happy with our new A/C unit, it is very efficient and quiet, and our home is now cool throughout. I have recommended them already numerous times already!

I've worked with this company twice and both times I couldn't have enough been happier with the level of service and professionalism. Once was for our heater the next was our AC unit. Both haven't had an issue since! I also appreciated the suggestions that were made with out a hard sales pitch, if and when we do decide to upgrade our systems we will be working with then again!
