Fantastic experience with Scott and his crew. Arrived promptly when scheduled, explained every detail of the new A/C unit, professional honest company. Fair prices and outstanding customer service. I am always skeptical at first, but finally found someone legitimate that cares about what they do and the workmanship they provide.

So grateful for Premier Comfort! Scott was able to fit us in on a busy Saturday with freezing temps & even looked at the fireplace. Glad to know an honest HVAC guy that goes above & beyond!!

MyAC unit went out just after the 105 degree day we had last week. I called another company Friday to come out yesterday and they were a no show. Called Scott that afternoon and he was able to work me in the very next day.
The unit is 14 years old, so I was ready for a replacement and a big bill to put a damper on my summer. Scott ran a diagnosis and said it was just a capacitor. He didn't have the OEM part, but could get it and be back Friday. Cost: $190.00 w/a 1yr warranty on the part. Or he had a universal capacitor he could install immediately for $385.00 with a 5yr warranty. My sanity and avoiding the wrath from the family was worth the extra bucks to me!
The whole service call from start to finish took maybe 30 minutes tops and I was up and running. Awesome! Great service, great prices, and super honest! Guess who's getting all my HVAC business from now on?

Just moved to Brighton and showed up with boxes to find the house at 35F. Luckily no frozen pipes but Scott showed up same day and was able to do a rather extensive fix very shortly to the furnace and was able to track down parts extremely fast. VERY professional and easy to work with....highly recommended!

I had issues with my previous furnace people. So my wife and I decided to call Premier Comfort, and they exceeded all expectations. It was freezing the past two days and the house was not holding its temperature.

Premier came out that day, diagnosed this issue, and fixed it on site. They also came to the conclusion something was wrong with the new system. So they are handling the warranty issue with Goodman.

Our furnace was having issues so we called them and Scott came out the next day and was able to fix our issue. He was very nice and explained the issue. We will gladly recommend him and his business to anyone.

Premier Comfort is professional, courteous & skilled. We have used them at our home and rental property for heating, air conditioning & water heater problems. Each time our problem was resolved correctly and efficiently. With fair pricing and skilled repairs, I would recommend Premier to all my friends and family. So far they've been able to do repairs, but when repairs are no longer possible we will definitely use them for our next replacement & install as well!
