Our AC stopped working suddenly at the beginning of the first heat wave of the summer. Scott was able to get us on his calendar in the same week! He came when he said he would and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. He is fantastic at explaining the problem and how he plans to fix it. I especially appreciate how he loved on our dog and was kind to our boys. The best part was when my son said, "That Mr. Scott who came was super nice." Scott is a total professional and I will call him again. Thank you, Premier Comfort!!!

Scott and his team did a great job installing new ac and furnace in my home. They were prompt, professional, worked quickly, and did an overall great job. I highly recommend them and will call them for any hvas work I need in the future.

I was very impressed with Scott and his service. I called late in the afternoon on a cold day when our furnace was not working consistently, he took my call as he was in a crawlspace and readily agreed to come out the same day. He was at our house within a few hours of the initial call and found and fixed the problem. I could not be more grateful and will be calling him for any and all future needs. Wonderful! Scott called me ahead of time to let me know when he'd arrive, was friendly and professional while in my home and quickly took care of my issue. He offered suggestions on how to help improve AC flow in my house. I love that he's local to my city, good to support our neighbors. Scott and Crew are amazing.....I called on Monday as a friend's home was registering at 58 degrees throughout the night. He immediately responded. We thought the furnace may need to be replaced, which is a huge expense. Scott fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes and then recommended my friend replace the motor, which is much more cost effective for her as she is on a fixed budget. I've used Premier Comfort on three different occasions now - once to fix my AC in my house - once to fix my gas fireplace and once to install a outlet under the sink in a rental property. Scott is always efficient, on time, professional and very affordable. I'm so glad to have found someone so reliable that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for everything. Highly recommend!

Scott with Premier Comfort and Air conditioning came out today and got our furnace all fixed up and had us warmed back up in no time. Very friendly and professional. My heater was not kicking on. I got a recommendation for Scott of Premier Comfort. I called him Wednesday morning and he was there by Wednesday afternoon. Scott was very nice and very professional. It took him all of 15 minutes to figure out what was wrong. I would highly recommend Premier Comfort heating and air and I will be calling Scott for all my heating and air repairs. Honest and not to mention very reasonable.

I had a couple of local HVAC guys visit my property to give me a furnace estimate. Scott, from Premier, was the first to visit and he got my business. Scott was very professional and listened closely to my needs. After hearing what I needed, he went to his truck for 15 min and came right back with a breakdown of 3 estimates for me so that I can compare different options. It was EXACTLY what I needed!

The prices were also very fair and gave me relief knowing that I wasn't overpaying. The install was also very smooth and fairly quick. I would definitely recommend Premier for the Brighton area!
