Our AC compressor went down on out into right before the heat spell swept through Denver. Scott was able to get somebody to our house immediately for a diagnoses. We received the bad news that the unit is bad, but Scott was able able quickly install a new until a couple days later. Since then, our air has been working wonderfully, and we can see the price savings on electric bill. I definitely recommend Scott if you live in the Denver area.

Scott was very helpful and professional with us when we had problems over the weekend with our furnace. He had to give us the bad news of having an inoperable furnace, but gave us several options to choose from with our replacement. He even offered to provide us with his personal space heaters to get through the holiday weekend. On the day of the installation he was prompt and organized, and our new furnace works like a charm. I would highly recommend Scott and his company for heating and air needs!

Our AC went out right before a couple of 100 degree days. I struggled to get call backs from other HVAC companies in the summer heat. Scott got back to me within an hour, and had me up and running the next day. He replaced a faulty capacitor on our old unit and filled the refrigerant back to the right levels. He saved me and my family dealing with some intense heat. His prices were spot on as well. I’ll be going to him for all my HVAC needs in the future. Scott knows his stuff!

Scott and Christian did a full furnace replacement and we couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship or quality. We had a few other estimates completed, and while one was less, it was a far inferior product. Scott uses a reputable brand and after a rebate the cost was right in line with the other bid. Scott and Christian were both professional and made us feel at ease being in our home. Scott has always been extremely responsive with calls and emails, and follows up on his promises. We highly recommend Premier Comfort to anyone looking for a simple service, or full replacement.

We called Premier Comfort Heating when we woke up to a cold house today. We spoke to Scott who was quick to accommodate our schedule and came out just a couple hours later and got us up and running again. Our furnace does need a deep cleaning and instead of giving us the run around and taking on a job he didn't have the proper equipment for he was honest and told us that, and then gave us the name of a reputable company to do the deep cleaning. We are so thankful to have found an honest and reliable company!

Premier Comfort Heating and Air are great. Scott was easy to work with and schedule and Christian who serviced our HVAC was excellent. Diagnosed and fixed the unit incredibly quick. Thankfully it was a straight forward repair and not a full unit replace as another company had told us could be the problem. Huge relief, fair pricing and AC fixed before the weather hits 90+ outside today. Will use them again when needed.

Great service with a quick response Scott came and fixed our furnace during a snow storm on a Sunday night at 8pm. He wore boot cover over his boots to protect our floors kept his work area very clean and cleaned up as he went. Was very knowledgeable and kept us informed of the problem and was able to make a fast repair without leaving us without heat over night. He also followed up with us the next day to ensure everything was working properly.

Scott came out Saturday Feb. 13, 2021, one of the coldest days this year and fixed my furnace. I've had 2 different companies come out and could not find the problem. Scott went above and beyond to find the problem and fix it. He was also very reasonably priced for a Saturday. Please call Scott if you have any Furnace or AC problems, I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who asks.
