The Comfy Cave techs were on time and completed the installation of the exhaust hood over the range in a timely manner. The inspector was complimentary and pleased with the work they provided.

Von is dedicated and very knowledgeable. I am always able to make an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. I have trusted Von with all my home service needs with regard to HVAC for several years. I was referred to him by a happy customer and I have been nothing but happy with his knowledge and service.

My heroes! In today's day and age of the ever constant upsell it is so nice to get someone who will be honest and tell you what is actually wrong with your AC. And big surprise it WASN'T thousands of dollars like the other guys said it would be. They fixed my AC for $170. I can't say what your cost will be of course, but the fact that they told me it was a cheap part and clearly didn't overprice the labor says a lot to me about the integrity of, not only the company but, their individual employees as well. It feels so good to have cool air again, but it feels even better knowing I have someone I can count on in the heating and AC industry. ♥

Comfy Cave what can I say about these guys. Ok my name is Peter I own a house in Highlands ranch and I am trying to sell my house so just need a few things done before the selling of my house. I needed to get my year old Hot water tankless heater serviced before I sell my house. I had to work that day so I could not be there for Comfy Cave so I let them in with my Lock Box # on my door and they got the job handled and even gave treats to my over weight Basset Hound so he could relax in his house when a complete stranger entered his house. Otherwise Comfy Cave are no strangers in my book I have had my HVAC needs handled on my previous 3 houses and strongly recommend them for any kind of HVAC needs and they took care of my dog. Yes 5 BIG FATT ***** for Comfy Cave.

I've had Von come by a handful of times between my property and rental property, and I am always extremely happy with the service I receive. He's on time, helpful with sugestions of improvements to my hvac without trying to push a sale, and very clean. I never feel over charged, I never feel put off, and I am always confident he knows what he's doing and not taking advantage of my ignorance to hvac systems. One of the few contractors I've worked with that I have always been happy once the job is done, and happy to pay the bill.

Von and his team are professionals at what they do. When I needed a repair Von gave me a quote and then was honest in telling me the repair could wait a few months, which was extremely important at the time. When I finally called them to do the repair they sent a tech right away and he stayed until the work was done regardless of the fact that it took much longer than originally planned.

Von Etzwiler has been servicing our hot water heating system for the last 7 years...and we could not be more pleased with his company. Von is extremely knowledgeable, always diagnoses any issue quickly, and completes the necessary repairs immediately. His communication skills are superb, he clearly explains whatever issue we are having, and then offers the best solution to repair the problem.
