Thank you Comfy Cave for repairing our heating system! We have had issues with it for years and we had spent a lot of money having someone else unsuccessfully attempt to fix it. Comfy Cave was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue and repair it within a couple hours. Rates are very reasonable. Bonus : to our surprise they even fixed the broken folding closet door to the heating system area! Really just going above and beyond. We'll use them in the future for any heating or cooling needs.

My adult daughter recommended Comfy Cave because she said they were honest and professional. She was not wrong. I have had them to my home several times. They have replaced the furnace, done maintenance on it and the humidifier, and during the last visit, I asked for advice about the best hot water heater to buy next. The technician spent time with me talking about the pros and cons of all the options, without trying to sell me anything. I really like this company. (They are in demand, and small, so you may not get them right away.)

Comfy Cave was 1 of 6 people we called to provide an estimate for our AC/Furnace install. Not only did they (Justin) do a thorough examination of our home to determine our equipment needs, but they were quick and didn't try to over sell us. Their quote came in the lowest of all six by $600. The install went great and they were respectful to our home by laying down a carpet protector prior to working. I highly recommend Comfy Cave and will be using them again in the future.

Michael at Comfy Cave was so awesome. Our furnace was dying and he came out for an estimate on a Friday and was installing on Monday. He gave us a fair rate on a new furnace and he did a great job installing. Our furnace was old and a bit problematic but he got it done! Will definitely use CC for future HVAC needs and would highly recommend to anyone in need of some work!

I was recommended Comfy Cave by a local friend after moving to the area and purchasing a home. Von and his team were kind, helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. I had an ongoing issue with my furnace where it would blow cold air and cool my house until eventually heating to the set temperature, and would continuously cycle that. In order to diagnose the issue Von and his team tested multiple part exchanges over a course of a few weeks. The first visit, I was home and went into the crawlspace with Von. The other times, as we had established a professional rapport, I was able to work with them to stop by and enter the crawl space space from the backyard while I was at work. Both Von and Gerardo came by on separate occasions, and I operated my Ecobee thermostat and communicated with them via text while they would test and check the furnace. Von didn't charge me until my furnace was fixed, and he was well priced given how much time he had put into fixing my furnace! I don't think I can emphasize how much I recommend Comfy Cave. I will be calling them in the future with any and all HVAC and AC needs for my home 100%.

Von and Michael just replaced our old A/C compressor that was shorting out. At first, the new compressor was on backorder and would have missed the install date. They worked quickly to find an alternative compressor and had it installed on the original date agreed upon. They installed a new filter dryer, contactor, and capacitor with the new compressor. Installation was fast and clean. They left the area better than they found it. Tolerated my endless questions quite well. A great team who will work hard to find an appropriate solution. I highly recommend this company, and we will certainly keep them for regular maintenance.

I tried two other highly recommended services before I found Comfy Cave. Tracy, the HVAC technician, is the best! He found and fixed air conditioning issues that other services could not troubleshoot. I even hired them to realce my hot water heater. This is a great company with very knowledgeable and professional technicians. I wouldn’t use or recommend any other company.

Comfy Cave is our go-to for anything related to our furnace or air conditioner. Their techs are thorough and professional, taking the time to clearly explain what they are doing. Though we haven't had any major furnace or AC issues yet at our present home, I know that we'll be in good hands with Comfy Cave when that time comes.

My most recent experience was with Jeremy. He clearly explained the issue and promptly fixed it. I was charged a reasonable rate for this repair (related to an old furnace). I have referred friends to Comfy Cave and will continue to do so. AAA+.
