Comfy Cave Heating & Air

We have used Comfy Cave for years to service our furnace every winter and summer. They are always on time, courteous and very professional. Hillary is always a pleasure to speak to when scheduling and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great HVAC company.

Von and the team are the best. I've had them do swamp cooler restarts, motor replacements on a rental and then work on my main house . Last year they squeezed me in before the weather got really cold, when my 1980 furnace started to take a dive. I had two small kids under 2, so I was worried about reliable heat in my 1889 Victorian. Von and the team came over quickly and provided a reasonable bid, lower than some others I thought were out of line. They replaced my unit quickly, swapped all my lower ductwork, added a few new returns and we got a return as close to the upstairs as possible. The house is noticeably more comfortable and consistent since they installed and adjusted my unit. I highly recommend them for your needs. They helped me deal with Xcel over the course of 6 months too while they messed around with my $850 rebate. Xcel kept punting the issue claiming I had a commercial property (residential home here that I live in) and coming up for reasons to not process it. Comfy Cave's office was persistent in assisting my requests and supporting documentation whenever Xcel came up with something "else" they wanted. Customer service star award from me.

Huge fan of Vonn & his team. We moved into a new house and there was trouble with our boiler for our hot water baseboard heating system. Had two other HVAC companies came out, their first response was the entire boiler had to be replaced. Vonn on the other hand gave me an in depth overview of the system and how he could get it back up and running immediately. He also installed our smart thermometer & fixed our swamp cooler without a full replacement either. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Von & his staff recently installed a high efficiency furnace, Humidifier, and allergen destroying probe in our home. From start to finish the communication and installers were top notch. With their new ap I can monitor & change the temp from my smart phone! We have no problem referring Comfy Cave to our friends & neighbors.
