Comfy Cave Heating & Air

I had a great experience with Comfy Cave and Von specifically. We had to wait a couple weeks for an opening, but they called when they had a cancellation and offered us an earlier appointment- was very impressed by that. Von identified the issue with our AC and fixed it within an hour or two (and was willing to get on the roof of our two story condo), and went the extra mile to provide some extra documentation to my warranty company so I could be reimbursed by them. I would recommend Von and Comfy Cave for any HVAC needs.

Tracy and Michael are my air conditioning heroes! Our AC died after 1 day this year. The first company we tried to get to fix it didn’t even call back within three days. Called comfy cave, and got scheduled immediately. Tracy came out and inspected the system, determined the problem with the existing unit and recommended replacement because fixing the old unit would have cost nearly as much as buying new. It was a wait to get an install date because they were so busy, but the guys got the new unit installed super quickly once our appointment arrived, even installed the new smart thermostat we surprised them with while they were at it. My house is finally cool again, and the new unit is quieter and more efficient. Comfy Cave was substantially less expensive than the other bid I got, and even more importantly, I felt safe having them in my home and I trust their work, which they also warrant for two years. Everyone I dealt with there was super kind and professional, I highly recommend.

Mike from Comfy Cave Heating and Air was excellent at his job when installing an whole house humidifier. He was personal and professional all at the same time.
Would truly recommend Comfy Air on all furnace / air conditioner issues.

Von, Don, and Al of Comfy Cave are absolute Rockstars. These guys are extremely knowledgable, professional, and an absolute pleasure to have around. They went out of their way to help me replace my furnace, and offered very fair prices for quality work! I'm very satisfied with the new high-efficient Rheem R96V, the two-stages work seamlessly; the system kicks into the second stage after 10 minutes if the target temperature has not been reached.

Comfy Cave is the way to go, I am so happy I didn't settle for another heating company. This time I actually did my research, and found Von through friends' recommendations.
