Unreal!!!!! I called to ask a few questions on my furnace since it wasn’t working and within an hour Leon came over and had my furnace up and running, mind you this is at 7:30 at night. he was very polite and explained the process. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. And will be a return customer from now on!! Thanks for your help.

Called Leon on Friday afternoon and he came on Saturday morning. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it at a most reasonable price. He is at the top of my heating and AC needs.

We called Best for Less, as our heater had been out for about a year. The previous company called said, 'Well, you need a new furnace'. Best for Less came out trouble shooted, and said we did need a new furnace but the wiring for the thermastat was wonky so he fixed the wiring and put in a new thermastat. Great! The heater once again worked!! YAY! Well, it was short lived, and a new furnace was needed a few weeks later so Best For Less came out the week of Thanksgiving, installed a new furnace and I'm happy to report we have have been nice and toasty since. I would recommend this company to my family, friends and anyone who is looking for great customer service willing to go the extra mile for you.

Quick, extremely professional and very friendly. Just wonderful service. Furnace went out and within 3 days they had it replaced. During the process they were extremely knowledgeable and guided me through the replacement process with professionalism and honesty.

Great service and very generous with his knowledge. Showed me how to service the furnace myself so I could do it without having to call a heating/cooling company out, and a year later when I was having issues with the furnace, he diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me how to fix it - again, avoiding a service call.
