We had a heating light issue where our furnace would not kick on and didn’t notice it until the day after the fact. I called the morning of my need and got a call back within two hours. The team was on site that day and took great care to address our needs immediately. The cost was reasonable and the service was amazing. I’ve asked them to come back and do a full cleaning of our entire system as they just worked on one of the units. We will use them again. :-)

Les with DMC was a class act. I made an error while installing a Smart Thermostat on my own. Les provided advice on how to repair the blown fuses in the furnace and saved me a lot of struggle and effort, not to mention a full day without HVAC. It is great to see there are still people out there that do not take advantage and run an honest business.

We had Les come out to run diagnostics on our new house because we were having issues with the A/C working efficiently. His depth and breadth of knowledge allowed him to immediately provide great insights and recommendations for us to better cool our home. He was able to schedule us in quickly, was more affordable than other services, and didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. I’d highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Les did an excellent job installing our new AC unit, furnace, humidifier, and thermostat. He was right on time for both the consultation and the install. The price was better than the competition without sacrificing quality. I would definitely use DMC Services again!

I called Les with DMS at 2 pm with a broken furnace and it was fixed by 3 pm! He almost immediately identified the issue and had the correct part we needed in his truck and quickly swapped it out. He was friendly and walked me through everything that was wrong as well as made suggestions on how to maintain our HVAC system going forward. I would absolutely recommend him and this company to anyone having any AC or heating issues!

Les installed a humidifier with our heating system. First let me say he was on time, professional and efficient. He was referred to us by a friend who was very happy with his service. Still we decided to get estimates from 2 other contractors before hiring him. I'm glad we did. His price was a third of the other contractors. That makes me appreciate him even more! We will be using him in the future for any heating and air conditioning needs we have.

Once we decided to go forward with DMC, Les was able to quickly schedule the install. When he arrived, he answered our questions and instilled confidence in his abilities, which put my mind at ease. Les has a ton of experience which showed in how quickly he was able to remove our old furnace and install the new one. He was on time, got the job done quicker than estimated and took the time to answer all of our questions. Hours after the install and after he’d been paid, we had additional questions. Les called us back almost immediately to answer them. We absolutely would use DMC Services again.

Les at DMC was excellent! He was able to install a whole-house humidifier quickly and efficiently within 1 day of his estimate. He was extremely competent, knowledgeable, and completed a very clean installation. We will continue to use DMC for our all our HVAC needs in the future -- highly recommend them!

Had a AC service by another hvac. They said I needed a new motor and freon. Total price over $2200. DMC checked and found no problems. If he had found the same issues, his price well below half. Very knowledgeable and HONEST. My new go to guy for HVAC.

I called Les regarding an issue with our furnace and was hoping he could take a look some time this week. Les said he would be at my house within an hour. When Les arrived I told him what we were experiencing with our furnace and he went to work. Within 5 minutes he noticed that a heat sensor was dirty... Les did some scrubbing, put it back and we're now back in action. Great dude, fair price! Will use Les again if we need anything else with our HVAC system. Thanks Les!
