Les arrived on time with all of the tools and knowledge necessary to install the humidifier in our house. The installation took as long as he has estimated (right around an hour). After the work was complete, he gave me a walkthrough of how the system works, what to look for if anything acts up, and specific maintenance instructions on replacing the filter. I would recommend DMC services to anyone looking for humidifier services, and he will be our first call for any hvac work in the future.

Called DMC based on recommendations from a manufacturer and they were nothing short of awesome. They were able to come next day and were here on time as promised. Les was great about discussing what he was seeing, took care of the maintenance and was on his way. We contacted Les from out of state about a property we recently purchased that needed a new furnace & water heater. Les was quick to respond, provide a quote, and explain thoroughly why he selected the equipment he quoted. This was important to us because the climate in Colorado is so much different than our climate in Texas, and therefore the heating/cooling needs are different. Working with a local business associate, we were able to provide Les access to the property and have the installation performed within hours of taking possession of the property. After performing a low-quality phone assessment the owner of the business Leslie decided to text and harass me about my leaving a 3-star review on google. During our time communicating, he also chose to insinuate he knew where I lived, that Karma would come my way and that my info was saved for him to use. It is highly unprofessional and honestly very disturbing that this business is run in such a way that he tries to bully people into removing their honest reviews of his services.
