Excellent work, fair and honest. Les responded right away when we had our AC go out. He stopped by an hour after we called and did a great job of explaining the issue and our options. We decided to replace our old system and he did our full system replacement same week.

Very good work! Les had a very good solution for our humidification needs. He explained well and did an excellent installation on the Aprilaire whole house humidifiers which have solved our dryness issues.

Of course I was having company and my air conditioning goes out on a Thursday night. We left Les a message Thursday night and he called first thing Friday morning. Was up front that he was booked for Friday but if he could he would try and make it if not he would be out Saturday morning. Les called at 5:30 pm Friday to let me know he wasn’t going to make it but would be at my house first thing Saturday morning 7:30 am. I really appreciated the call Friday night. Les and Dylan showed up Saturday and my air was fixed before my company arrived. They did a great job and I really appreciate the fast response. Would use them again.

Called DMC services on New Year’s Eve after screwing up my thermostat. They called back very quickly and walked me through to diagnose the issue. I was back up and running within 30 mins of running to the hardware store. Absolutely recommend DMC to anyone.
