They were great! They taught me how to replace the filter/pad on my humidifier and spotted some problems with the AC system that I was not aware of. And answered ALL my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend DMC Services.

Everything about Les and his services' were incredible. My house needed a new unit and he was able to identify the shortcomings of my old unit and inefficiencies that existed within my house. Only took him a couple hours to completely replace my unit, put a new thermostat and corrected some of the lines. Very fair price compared to other A/C companies, he's an honest man and knows exactly what he is doing. 10/10 would recommend.

Les has also replaced our hot water tank twice now. They are responsive, professional, and always willing to explain what they are doing was well as answer any questions we may have. We have been happy with DMC for close to 14 years and counting!

Les and his team are my go-to when it comes to anything HVAC related. He is friendly, professional, and very skilled at his craft. He takes the time to make sure I understand the work being done and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend!

HIGHLY recommend! Les at DMC ended up saving us thousands of dollars - We called him for a second opinion on a big box company that told us we needed to spend upwards of 20K on an entire new HVAC system. He did some expert troubleshooting and had us back up and running in mere minutes. Not to mention it was same day as I first called for help.
Les was knowledgeable and transparent - I felt like I actually knew and understood what was going on with our system and he even dropped me some pro tips about maintenance to save use money in the long run. I am so grateful we called DMC and will be using them exclusively for our HVAC in the future.

DMC Services recently replaced our A/C unit. Les and his crew were great - on-time, professional, knowledgeable. Worked directly with Les the entire time from initial service through replacement quote and installation. I'd definitely work with Les and his team again.

DMC was able to come out the day after I called, and they fixed our issue very quickly.

Leslie responded in a timely manner when our furnace went out early on a Saturday morning. When it was determined that parts were no longer available for the aged unit, he then sold us a new unit (no high pressure sales) to be installed on Monday. Leslie and Jason were to be here at 8:30 A.M. and arrived just a few minutes early. The new furnace and thermostat were installed and everything was left cleaner than they had found it. Both men were very courteous, professional and personable.

When our AC quit last week, Les with DMC came by that same evening. The best time frame any other AC company gave us was 10 days to even come to give an estimate. We had our estimate that same evening and a scheduled installation of a new unit. They arrived on time, and very quickly had my house cooling down. I would highly recommend DMC to anyone looking for a professional in the heating and AC field. (Less also installed a new furnace for us 2 years ago). More then fair pricing, quick, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!!!!

Super quick service! My toilet broke, DMC was the first to respond to my call. Super polite on the phone and not only that they were very fast with responding on time! They were able to come by the same day i called. Dylan was very professional, friendly and super knowledgeable! He efficiently and effectively diagnosed the problem and was able to replaced my toilet that same day. After he was done not only did he clean up the area he was working on, he saw how dusty my furnace was and cleaned that out for me as well. One of the best consumer service experiences, personally i had in years. Very reasonably priced as well. Definitely would be getting my service done through them from now on! Would highly recommend.
