I recently purchased a home in Thornton, CO and allegedly Heat Exchange performed a service on the home during the contract process. According to the receipt provided, they cleaned, serviced, and certified the furnace as well as replaced 2 broken parts. The first day I get the keys to the house - I see the furnace filter is in upside down, which is really interesting because it was also upside down when we had our inspection done. This is the first clue that no one touched this furnace. Also, the parts that were allegedly replaced were filthy and caked in dust and dirt - no chance they were replaced 3 weeks earlier.

Heat Exchange either came out to the house, did nothing, and stole over $500 from an elderly man (the prior homeowner). Or they provided a falsified receipt of work. Both are equally damning scenarios and this company has not returned my calls. Feel free to return my call whenever you guys are ready to talk and make this right.

This is a small and busy company and sometimes takes a day or two to get back to me, but they are honest, efficient, helpful and great to work with. Art goes above and beyond. I’ve been using them for more than 10 years and will keep doing so.

My HOA hired this company about 14 days to fix my AC unit. I've been ignored by this company for two weeks now and the work has not been done. If I could give 0 stars I would.
