I Called Best for Less Heating and Cooling and was able to troubleshoot over the phone with Leon and he told me exactly what was wrong with my furnace and was able to talk me through the steps to fix the problem, saving me money. Definitely going through this company in the future. Thank you very much.

At about 6:30 PM today (the 15th of June) I found out my AC was not working. I was unable to get a hold of the company I previously paid for a "warranty" and determined they had all but gone out of business. I found Best for Less on a Google search and called. I spoke to a very nice gentleman on the phone who indicated he was enroute to another call some 15 or so miles north of me but would "stop by" on his way home and check out my problem. Leon arrived after 7:30 pm, was able to identify and repair the problem ( a faulty capacitor) and my air worked immediately. This type of service is what I call above and beyond the call. I will always call Best for Less and I urge anyone else that needs the service Leon and his company provide do the same.

Best for Less Heating and Cooling has been servicing my systems for around 5 years now and I couldn't recommend any other vendor more! They do an excellent job making sure my furnace and A/C is up and working well. They are honest and fair in pricing. You'll be so happy you called them! Good people and truly caring!!!!

My furnace is not working. It is January and very cold out. My warranty company did not have available appointments and asked me to find a company on my own. They would pay for it. I called Best for Less and spoke to Leon. That was at 7:40 am. He said he would be here in the afternoon. I never heard from him. By 6pm I had made my second phone call to him and he answered. He gave me excuses and had no legit reason on why he had not called me or even showed up. I then said "is it safe to say you are not coming tonight and that maybe I should hire someone else?" He said "yes." I then said how I was not going to have heat for another night or more at this point thanks to him and he hung up on me. I only gave him one star because I had to give a start to write the review.

So we are finally up and running thanks to Leon Gonzalez from Best for Less Heating and Cooling. The first guys that came out couldn’t figure out what the problem was. I also called two others that were recommended, and they were booked up because of the bad weather. Leon came out in a timely fashion and did a great job. We had an older furnace but he figured out the problem correctly and quickly. We would use him again.

In the height of a heat wave, my air conditioning broke down, so I called Leon Gonzales from "Best for Less Heating and Cooling". to see if he would come to fix the problem. He made an heroic effort to find me an appointment despite being flooded with calls and already overbooked for equally dire situations in the 98 degree weather. He and his assistant were both very courteous, professional and able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix my system. I would definitely call "Best for Less" again. They were very reliable and found that I could count on them even when they were literally working day and night tryng to meet everyone's needs
during the heat wave.

Leon and his tech just left my house. I was so happy to get them to come out the same day and then get my heater fixed right then and there! Honest guys and will definitely be calling in spring to look at my AC unit.

Leon and his assistant Daniel from Best for Less have serviced our family's HVAC and water heater for the last seven years. Leon did a great job installing orr high efficiency furnace. I asked him, "How many families would be cold tonight if the work you did for them was suddenly undone?" A quick estimation indicated, it was thousands!
