I called this company to fix some HVAC issues I've been having. The first time I called they said they would be at my place within an hour, I called 30 minutes after the hour that past and they had to take down all of my info again and said they were finishing a job and would be there within 30 minutes. This wouldn't work for me because I needed to get back to work, so I rescheduled for Friday at 8:30am. Friday 8:50am I called them to see if they were still coming and they completely forgot about me. This could be a struggle using this company for anyone with a busy schedule, feel like they have wasted my time.
