So fortunate to have found Leon when my furnace went out in December. His prices are very fair and his customer service is off the charts! He took the time to explain the options I had. He was prompt and completed the work in the time he had said he would. I recommend him.

Hands down best customer service and company I've ever hired. Leon was the only person (we called 5 company's)who showed up at my grandma's house when her furnace stopped working. It was -6 outside and we couldn't get anyone. I called Leon and he was there within 30 minutes showed me what was wrong so if it happened again I could fix it. We ended up getting a new furnace and he and his son worked non stop. Love these guys

I have called Leon for to service my AC and furnace. Being a first-time homeowner, I have always been worried about being taken advantage of, but every time he has been to my house, he has been so caring and professional. He has never tried to talk me into replacing or fixing anything that I don’t need. The AC unit that I have is very old and not manufactured anymore but he was completely honest and said that it is working great and it doesn’t need to be replaced. I have and will continue to recommend Best for Less.

We had a great experience with Leon! I called him at 7:45 am before he opened and he called me right back. We needed help immediately as our furnace was completely off and not working. He was able to come within a couple of hours. He fixed our problem effectively and affordable. I had had someone else out a month before to do a safety check on our furnace as we were in a new home, they said it passed inspection. Leon showed me the cause of the problem that led to our furnace going out and it was a serious fire hazard not sure how the company before did not see the serious fire hazard we had.

I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. I felt very comfortable and felt that Leon was very honest. I will be using them for all my preventative care going forward.

I woke up this morning to find that our heater wasn't working. I tried to troubleshoot (to the best of my ability) only to realize that it was probably a part that I wasn't qualified to replace myself. Our furnace was only 4 1/2 years old so I knew it most likely wasn't an expensive part. I didn't want to call on of those 24 hour service companies because I knew I would be charged 3 to 4 times more than what the job was really worth. I found "Best For Less" through a google search. I called the number and the owner Leon took the call. I told him my situation and he said he could stop by this afternoon, (same day). He came over and after a quick diagnosis determined that I needed a new igniter switch. Simple fix...He had one with him and finished the repair within 30 minutes. I am so impressed with Leon and his company, Best For Less Heating & Cooling. Leon was a super nice guy and his helper, (sorry I forgot his name) was great too! I know that I saved hundreds of dollars for this repair. I appreciate Leon's honesty and integrity and I Highly Recommend Best For Less Heating & Cooling for any HVAC needs.

Leon and Tyler were awesome! We have lived in the same house for 4 years and have called several other companies, but were no help. Leon got us scheduled right away and knew exactly what was going on. They helped us with financing and even helped us with a free blower replacement!!! I am extremely satisfied with their service!!! I have known Leon many years. Since I have known him, I have owned two homes. Both homes have required heating repairs over the years. Leon has always given a fair price and delivered exactly what he promised. Most recently, our heater went out during the last blizzard. He responded right away and fixed the problem for us.

Leon was able to come out the same day to check my AC unit. He traced the problem to a bad capacitor and replaced it quickly. I felt the charges were reasonable and he was good to work with. Since I'd never had a central AC unit before, he showed me what maintenance I needed to do in the future. I'd definitely call him in the future if I have troubles.

These guys were able to come out same day on a hot August afternoon to fix a broken AC unit. They identified the problem in under 20 minutes and had it repaired within an hour. They even came earlier than expected because they had a cancellation! It was so great to have the AC fixed quickly and professionally.
