Decided to call Leon with Best For Less, and was very thankful he was able to come out quickly, diagnose our broken unit, and put us on the schedule to get it replaced within a few days. (I know these companies are super busy this time of year, so getting it installed fast was awesome)

The pricing was about as low as you can get it. Any homeowner knows the nature of this replacement will not be cheap. However, once you go a few days without AC, the price is beyond worth it. I had 1 other estimate that was significantly higher. The new unit is more efficient, quieter, and is amazing how much of an improvement it is compared to the old one.

I would absolutely recommend Best for Less to anyone, and was very pleased with how the situation unfolded.

We just moved in to a home in Westminster that had a central air unit that wasn't working. They came out same day and had us up and running in under an hour. Our Technician Leon Gonzales was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was a first time customer being new to the area, and I will definitely use them again.

My furnace/ac unit was not running at all. I was referred to Leon @ Best for Less by a friend of mine. I called Leon and described the problem over the phone. Leon told me he could probably save me a lot of money and that the problem was probably a blown fuse on the circuit panel. He explained that the fuse is the same as the ones used in your car. I found and replaced the fuse and the unit worked again. Leon earned my loyalty as a trust-worthy and honest contractor!!

My air conditioner was leaving my house damp. Best for Less came and found the problem right away.

My AC unit went down and Best for less heating was able to come down the same day I called. He's friendly, knowledgeable and got the repair done quickly. All I needed was a new capacitor which cost $275. He let me watch him do the repair and once he swapped the capacitor out, nice cold AC again, just in time for the 100 degree weather. Honesty, timeliness, integrity and a fair price, what more can you ask for?

Called and with in the hour was at our door and found a faulty thermostat and had us back up and cooling within an hour!!!!
